Have you heard of forest bathing? It's a practice that involves immersing yourself in nature, particularly in forests, to promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Research has shown that spending time in nature can reduce stress and anxiety, lower blood pressure and heart rate, boost the immune system, and improve overall mood and well-being.
