You had a great time on vacation laughing, good food and drinks but now it's back to reality. Most people tend to gain anywhere from 3-5lbs on vacation just from over-indulgence but with a few simple tips, we can get back to our normal selves and weight without the guilt or worry. In today's episode to we talk about a few simple tips for the day after vacation.
