Body Positive Movement Promoting Obesity?
This topic really fires me up. Lately, I have been seeing a lot of ugliness on Instagram regarding the body positive movement promoting obesity. Most of this I have noticed is coming from us in the health and wellness industry, the same industry that should be helping people live better (physically and mentally). In this episode, we talk about a study that seems to have potentially started this thought process. More importantly, I discuss the need for this body positive moment and why we need to mind our own g**d*** business.
