Just like Mother Earth, your menstrual cycle has four different seasons.  Which season is best for making important decisions and taking risks?  And which is best for nesting, organizing and self care?  
Understanding the seasons of your menstrual cycle can help you have a better understanding of how to care for your body both mentally and physically.  Nurturing and supporting yourself with specific self care , activities and dietary recommendations during each season will help you ease through your menstrual cycle instead of fighting it.
