I am pushing 40 and I just did a full 30 minutes of tumble class. Here's what happened because so many women and what we do is we specialize in helping high performance women, especially those of you who used to be super fit, super in shape athletic. And now where did she go? Right. Life got in the way, things got in the way, kind of tired, babies, hormones, all those things. And I have a total hysterectomy. So I got you. Okay. I was doing a back handspring, the first time I was like, okay, I can do an hour. Well, I barely made it through 25 minutes and I'm a fitness girl. It reminded me of when I had a hysterectomy and I went into workout and I could barely make it for 10 minutes and I would just cry, cause I used to train for a full hour and I could go hard, right? And that's how I created the Hotmomz Lifestyle because I was like, how am I going to do this? And so I found a way to get in super good shape. So I'm in there today First 30 minute class. I kind of like fizzled out. The second class was better.I wasn't as tired. Now this was my third class. Okay, my third adult or my third private tumble class I went the full 30 minutes back to back to back drills drills drills drills And I could have kept going. Okay, and I told her I said can you believe that? I have progressed this much in three and she goes, you know, and she said, um, the you know The little kids come in they do like three times a week, right? But I said, yeah, but katie I work with Older women I work with women who have had babies. I work with girls in their late 20s 30s Just like life they've got some miles on them, you know, and for a woman I was like, do you think? Because my body You know, our bodies are so fast to catch up in the muscle memories there. I was like, I wonder if this would work with fitness. I wonder if a woman could just show up and do one workout a week, just one workout a week, if she just went to the gym and worked her body one time a week after the third week, And she did the same routine. Would it be easier? Would she be more in shape? And she immediately went into, well, she's dieting and all. I said, no, Katie, no, no, I'm not saying can she lose weight? Can she get in like, you know, bikini model? I'm, I'm saying, could a woman go from being sedentary? Okay. And not in shape at all. And then the, and then three weeks from just going one time a week, one time a week. And the answer is yes. And that's why I'm here today. Like you, I think we think that we have to be perfect. We have to be all in every day and no. And I used to think the same, same thing. I was like, I've got to show up and power lift every time I've got to max out on, you know, um, leg press and squats and I've got to go all that. No, I'm telling you right now. If you will just show up. Yes, I'm wearing the these if you will just show and if you don't know what workout to do Put workout in the comment and I will send you I've got so many that are tailored to your genetic your genetics your hormones everything so There are specific workouts, but if you just go one time a week, just one time a week, even if you just do a class, just one time a week, I promise you, you will get there. And the thing that comes up, it's like, oh, that's not enough. What's the point? That's the trauma. Because I have a trauma informed approach. The thing that would beat you up and say, that's not enough. Who are you kidding yourself? Duh duh duh duh. All these things, like, what? That's trash. And that's why so many women think that, Oh, I can't do that because it requires this, this, this. No, it doesn't. What if it didn't? What if it didn't? What if you could just show up one day a week? What if you could just eat one healthy meal once a week? Can we just focus on like, these micro steps instead of trying to do everything? You know, I've got a saying in my mastermind. I was like, can you just be a disciplined half ass for a while? Because I get it. I work with all high performers. I work with the overachievers, right? And for us, it's like what? Excuse me? What? I have to do it all. I want to do it all. I want to do it perfectly, right? No, no, no, no, no. I'm telling you this was my third tumble class. And I cannot believe the progress that I've made. Yeah, Casey, well, you're this like shut up. Who is even telling you that what voice is even saying that because she needs to go That part of you does not serve you that part of you has made things really freaking hard In your life because I used I usually cuss a lot But I don't want to on this public thing because I may use this as an ad But can we just go back to the micro steps because I am blown away At the results that I got in just three weeks and I want you just to show up one day If that's all you can do to, what can you just, what can you do? Just one, one meal per week, one workout a week. I don't care. Stop trying to be perfect. That all comes from perfectionism. It comes from shame to internalize toxic shame and guilt. And we teach on this and how to clear out core wounds. The problem is women don't know what their core wounds are. So I made you a quiz. So just put in the comments if you want the quiz or the quiz. The workouts. Okay. All right. I need to hear this. I've been maxing out multiple times a week at the gym. And last was a deload. I need to applaud myself for even showing up. Yeah, like are we making progress or are we making progress? That's it. That is it. That is it. That is all. All right, kcshipp. com forward slash apply if you want the deets or Just drop that in the comments and we'll send it to you. Bye
