If you are wanting to do a keto reset, a cleanse or whatever. That is the need for control, and it is a trauma response. Once you get a little bit more logical, you will realize you have done diets before. What makes you think that this one is going to fix your ass? Why do all of a sudden do you think that coach or that program or that diet is going to be the thing? Should I just do this or let me just add more cardio. You want to just keep the cycle going? You sound like a crackhead. And I'm talking to myself. I literally lived this because I was addicted to the pattern. Do you know this is why Americans crave quick fixes? It's addictive. So you understand what I'm saying. Rein it back in. No, you don't need to go and do a quick keto. No, you don't need to go do a cleanse, a quick no sugar whatever. You've already done that. Everybody else has already done that. The answer is within you. Stick to it. Be in for the long game. This is the difference in people who have success and who do not. They are beyond the addiction to that quick fix. They're just not strong enough to say no. You're strong enough. Awareness is everything. Once you're aware that, Hey, me wanting to go do the keto, me wanting to go lower carbs, do extra cardio, try this diet, try this other coach. That part of you is the part that you have come here to shed. She no longer resides there. She no longer resides there. There is a new you. That's an adult that has a regulated nervous system. There is a healed version of yourself who just knows. She knows what to do, when to do it. She doesn't get infatuated with little shiny diets and shiny programs. She doesn't, she's not swayed by her period emotions on cheating on her diet or her workouts. She isn't swayed after a day of hell and then a day of high because she's emotionally aware. She stays the course. You can be all over the place. You can be all over the place and be chemically fucked up, just one big bag of fucking trauma. You can be very feminine. And you can still hold the energy of this inner subtlety, certainty, where you just know, you just stay the course. There's a part of you, a higher part of yourself, that can just stay the course. So the part of you that's wanting to go outside yourself and maybe this'll be the thing, maybe this'll be the thing, maybe that'll be the thing. Not until you get in touch with the thing I just told you about and realize that part of you that thinks it's just always that one more thing gets to die, you'll be good. Now this is, I realize this is the energetics of weight loss and it's probably way the fuck over some people's head but I can't hold back because I don't think you can absorb it. I do think there's that one person that can. So if you've been struggling, And you're about on the edge to give in, to have some of that crack, aka add more cardio, take away food, or switch up your food groups, or switch your macros all of a sudden, or make some abrupt change, or want to do a keto cleanse, go get a loan, go be by yourself. There's something else here. And it ain't got shit to do with food. Got it? Bye.
