All that stuff. I went into Pilates and it's still that mindset. I can't believe, excuse me, I don't know. I guess I haven't been talking today, and so my throat's just clearing up. But the mindset behind, push and force and you need to be sore to get results. I had no idea. That was still a paradigm. I had no clue. Like I was just thinking that everybody evolves, I evolve. I was like, doesn't everybody know this by now that you don't, you're that. That's the mentality of women who stay stuck. No. So the lady was like, yeah, she was telling us workouts and exercises she was gonna put us through. And she was like, let me see what the next thing I can do to torture you girls. And I'm like first of all, I don't work out anymore to torture myself. Actually. That's what causes thyroid issues and autoimmune issues and your fucking body to be fluffy and stuck and you look frumpy and fat and fucking broken down. And she had cankles. She was like old and looked like she was fucking struggling. Getting, she looked a hundred and she was just, she looked like her energy was just filled with years of compounded emotional charge of resentment and feminine martyr wounds. That's what she was carrying. And she even let us know how tired she was that day. But, whatever my message is, if you still approach workouts and you're still approaching all of your fitness and health as feeling, needing to feel punished. Or it's only good if I'm getting sore or I need to go here and get my ass kicked, and like I need it to be really hard and that means I'm doing it right. Honey, your nervous system is so fucked up and that is why your body doesn't look like hers. That is why you struggle your ass off and life is harder than it has to be. And that's just why nothing's working anymore. You're in survival mode. That is an old paradigm. Your body responds. It can. Only heal when your body feels safe. The only way your body is going to break through the plateau is by it feeling safe. There will be no more sabotage. You'll be able to eat more food. Your hormones will be balanced. You'll want to fuck again. You will feel beautiful. You will start losing the weight. Your digestion will improve. Your sleep will improve. You'll become a better mom, sister, wife, you'll, you will advance. Your career, you will make more money, you will have better opportunities. All of these things are gonna happen. The relationships are gonna be better. You have to drop that old mentality. It actually, the less torture you put yourself through, the more your body will respond in a positive way. We're not talking about take more Himalayan salt baths and wear more silk robes and do fucking, Pilates every day. No. We're still lifting, we're still lifting, we're still doing the things.
