Free Training: Generate $10K in PT Without Adding a Single Member

Chris Cooper Season 3 Episode 694

In this episode, Chris Cooper shares a preview of his upcoming training session for gym owners: “How to Add $10K in PT Without Adding a Single Member.”

During the live, interactive webinar, you’ll learn how to sell PT confidently, prescribe it in Goal Review Sessions and No Sweat Intros, and set simple targets to quickly grow your revenue.

Coop will also show you how to overcome common mindset barriers. For example, many of your members actually need one-on-one coaching to get better, faster results, and other members don't need PT but want it because they prefer convenience, attention and privacy.

You don’t have to chase new members to boost your gym's revenue. Find out exactly how to add $10K with personal training on July 8 at noon Eastern in Gym Owners United: http://gymownersunited.com

SPEAKER_00:

Hey, I'm Chris Cooper. And on July 8th at noon Eastern, I'm going to teach you how to add$10,000 in revenue to your gym, selling personal training. I've got this brand new guide that we've just put together. It's really amazing. I'm going to walk you through it really quickly. But if you go to gymownersunited.com, you can join the group now. You'll see the promotional posts. You'll know when to be there, July the 8th at 12 Eastern. Now let's just quickly walk through this guide. And we're going to go through this step-by-step in this live training on July the 8th together. So here's the guide that we're looking for, and you'll see it in the group a day or two early so that you can flip through it and kind of get a preview, but don't worry, we're going to be doing the work here together. So first is why you want to add personal training. You know, a lot of people, even back to 2016, used to ask me like, why would I do this? I mean, I have this group training gym and why would I switch to offering one-on-one training? The answer is that this is what some people want. You're just doing the best thing for some clients. There's also some mathematical reasons to do it, but the bottom line is that We want to help our clients best. And not everybody wants to do group training. Not everybody wants to do semi-private, big group, small group. Not everybody just needs access to your gym. They need coaching. And some of that coaching is best done on a schedule that suits them. Some is best done as an on-ramp. Some is best done as a recapture of clients. Some is best done just privately for their own reasons. And so about 10% of your clients generally want personal training, and that can add up to 30% revenue to your gym up to 10 grand a month. I'm going to walk through how we do this in Two Brain. We're going to start with some data. We're going to do a little exercise. If you're scared of math, don't worry. We're going to walk through this together. You just got to fill in these blanks with me. I'll answer questions live on this live training. And from there, we're going to be going into the big barriers. You know, here's what's stopping you from actually selling it. Some gyms, they come in and they're like, ah, I can never sell this in my gym. Here's what's actually stopping you. And I will share this stuff with you when we do our live training, July the 8th too. Next, we're going to be getting into how to actually do it. You know, how to do a goal review session, exactly what to say, how often you should be doing this, what you can expect clients to answer with. Then we're going to be walking through Here's the steps when you're in a goal review session or when you're in a no sweat intro of what to say and what to do and how to prescribe it. Look, the reality is that when people buy personal training, most of the time, what they're actually buying is speed. They want to get to their goals faster. And when you sell a group training program, you're building general fitness. It's inclusive, right? It's broad, general, all that stuff. But if they really want to get to their goals faster, the one-on-one path is the fastest one out there. Look, personal training saved my gym. When I had two, my CrossFit gym was kept alive on life support by my personal training gym. Eventually, I learned how to blend them together, build one great gym that created great careers for coaches and got clients the attention that they wanted when they wanted it. July the 8th, noon, Eastern, gymownersunited.com. We're going to walk through this. I'm going to give you this guide. We're going to work through the worksheet together, and we're going to get this attitude your gym and help you make another$10,000.
