What is a KPI? KPI stands for Key Performance Indicator.

A KPI is a measurement you use to track meaningful performance.

KPI examples: 

  • Ecommerce store KPI - Purchases, Return on ad spend (ROAS)
  • Construction company - phone calls / percentage of phone calls that lead to jobs
  • Large brands - amount of impressions


Your ideal KPIs will depend on your business goals. If you don't know your KPIs, it will be very difficult to achieve your business goals!
