In this episode I talk with conscious grief coach, breath work and yoga instructor Tara Nash.
"Grief can be the garden of compassion. If you keep your heart open through everything, your pain can become your greatest ally in your life's search for love and wisdom.".
- Rumi
Tara is a peaceful, beautiful and compassionate human being working to help others heal through their grief so that they can become more illumined, conscious and peaceful as they peel back the layers to this emotion.
Tara's life story is inspiring and she knows what it is like first hand to feel grief as she lost her father at the tender age of 9 and her mother 11 years later (at the age of 21) to breast cancer.
Despite all the heartaches and pain of personal tragedy and loss, Tara has still managed to transform herself into someone who is so caring and compassionate. She has taken the experience of grief and transmuted it by turning her pain as a force force for good to help others heal. This is what makes her story so captivating.
If you want to feel hope and start your healing journey whatever you may be experiencing, then this episode is a inspiring must listen.
