In this episode I talk to you about how to attain Soul Fitness. 
Your mind and body both need exercise as well as  rest - as does your soul.

What is the soul and what is its purpose?
The soul is the part of you that comes to the party called life for the experience,
It knows what it needs and it knows what would best serve it to experience more freedom, growth and joy.

Ultimately, life is a learning and stomping ground for your soul's evolution. And, as you live life your soul (which gets to experience life  through your body,)  gets to learn the physicality of this world and lessons, whilst always remembering it has a spiritual foundation at its core. When you become awake to that remembrance, life takes off and  you begin to ignite your warrior spirit.

Your life isn't just about you and you soul knows that. Life isn't a straight road and when you become soul fit, you upgrade your consciousness and handle life a higher level. Soul fitness reveals itself by you feeling calmer,  happier and freer and the level of peace you feel as you evolve and participate in the game of life.
