Three things today, how AI can simplify your holiday decision fatigue, protecting your energy. Second, how AI can support your emotional and spiritual practices. Third, one simple grounding ritual you can use today to reset your system and close out the year with clarity instead of burnout. I'm your host, Dr. Jules. Let's get to it. Okay, let's name the truth. Women healers. I'm talking counselors, nurses, psychologists, social workers, physic, I can't say it, physicians, chaplains, masseuses. All of us healers carry two emotional jobs. The job that pays the bills and the job that everyone assumes you'll do for free. You are the emotional processor, conflict diffuser, organizer planner, gift finder, holiday magic maker. And the holidays, multiply that load. Not because you're weak, not because you can't manage stress,'cause hell knows you can, but because your system never stops performing. And when you add midlife changes, you know, our hormonal shifts, identity fatigue. Sleep disruptions, chronic stress accumulation, and compassion fatigue. Your nervous system is already working overtime before December ever arrives. So today I wanna talk to you about ai. I've recently discovered the magic. I'm embracing it. I wanna share it with you because y'all, it can reduce the hidden emotional labor that could be draining you. And it's not by taking away your humanity, you can train that a ai. You are able to give your humanity space again by using some hacks. So how AI systems could actually help your nervous system. Most people misunderstand ai. They think it replaces thinking, but y'all, for women, healers over 50 AI replaces something very different. The mental clutter that keeps your nervous system in survival mode, AI can reduce overprocessing. Overthinking decision paralysis, emotional load, time pressure, and logistical overwhelm. And y'all, that matters because the more you eliminate that el, the more you eliminate that mental clutter, the more capacity you have for regulation, purpose, clarity, and your beautiful radiance. So this isn't about outsourcing your inter your intuition, that won't work. This is about outsourcing your overload. So let's look at some practical, simple AI uses that will immediately reduce holiday stress. Here are the most powerful, easiest ways women healers can use AI starting today without becoming techie or overwhelmed. First planning without the panic response. You can train AI and ask and you need to go in. And I went in and asked ai, what do you need to know about me to work, for me to get to know me? So that what you spit out is Julie, not just some. Random things, so you'll have to take some time to train it, but once you do, you can ask AI to create your holiday menu. I'm gonna have a procedure in January. I'll tell you more about that as we get to it. But I have had it create my meal plans, my shopping lists, and I told it exactly what I needed. That way I can hand it to Kelly and he can go take care of that while I'm healing. But, so think for your holiday stuff. How easy peasy, just train ai. Ask it to create your holiday menu, you're gonna need to let it know what you like, what you don't like, what your family's expecting. It can build your grocery list. I forgot to mention that. Well, maybe I did mention that. It can generate your meal prep timelines. It can make a gift list based on age, interest, and budget. You have to tell it about your family, tell it about what you're looking for. It can create a holiday calendar. That has your bandwidth in mind. Yeah. This lowers your prefrontal cortex load by 30 to 40% and it is not cheating'cause you're having to take the time to train it and then it's spitting out you, your stuff. This is how you conserve your nervous system. And there's several different ais. I've grown fond of the chat, GPT 5.1 version, I believe, and I really like clawed, so I'll go in between those two. But I'm just scratching the surface. There's a plethora out there. So second, emotional support and self-reflection prompts. AI can provide grounding journal prompts. Reflective end of the year questions for you. It can interrupt statements for burnout thinking. It can give you scripts for setting boundaries or saying no. This is where your compassion fatigue begins to soften. You're not meant to hold every emotional thread alone. This is a resource third. Let's look at spiritual and chakra based support. AI can help you connect to your energy centers without complexity. You can ask AI things like, give me a simple root chakra grounding practice for five minutes. Help me balance my sacral chakra and reconnect to joy. Give me a solar plexus affirmation. I can actually believe not one that feels fake. And you can have it right, a crown chakra meditation for clarity and year end reflection. Again, you have to take the time to train a AI as to who you are, and then these things that AI generates for you are far more meaningful. AI cannot move your energy for you. But it can guide your nervous system into the practices that do this, supports your somatic healing, your spiritual alignment, and your emotional capacity. And then, whew, this is the big one for me. Decision relief. The holiday edition decision fatigue hijacks your nervous system each December. AI can instantly help you. It can compare travel route. It can help you choose between two options. It can organize family schedules. It can create a no stress hosting plan. It can draft a polite boundary setting message. I mean, it's endless the things it can do. There was some podcasts I wanted to listen to, so I typed in my criteria and it gave me some beautiful things to listen to and think about, my invitation there is y'all, if you haven't embraced ai, I really invite you to give that gift to yourself this December. This matters because every decision you don't make frees your energy and we desperately need that energy. And then fifth, it can help you reduce work stress so you can actually rest. AI can summarize clinical articles. It could create outlines for case notes. It can prepare training content, draft email responses, and help you organize your 2025 goals. Your brain is exhausted, and it's not because of aging, it's because it's carried the emotional weight of everyone around. For decades, AI is gonna lighten the load. So let's look at some somatic and chakra reset rituals, which will help you with holiday grounding. And it's a sequence. So this is your one simple activity to close your stress loop and reconnect to your body. And y'all, you're gonna hear me talking a lot about reconnection. I firmly believe that healing of any type first has to. Involve reconnecting. And we as healers, we have a reflexive response when someone's trying to help us to go, oh, I'm okay. Really. I'm okay. We're gonna talk a lot about that in 2026. But let's close this, stress loop and reconnect to your body. We're going to blend polyvagal, grounding with a root and solar plexus activation. So settle into your seat, or if you're up cleaning or whatever you might be doing, just take a good listen, whatever you're doing, feel your feet on the floor, connect to those feet, soften your shoulders, relax that jaw, and inhale through your nose for four seconds. Exhale for six, and let your entire pelvis drop into the chair or just drop if you're standing. I want you to feel the root chakra anchor, and I want you to say, I'm supported. I am safe. Then I want you to place one hand on your belly and breathe into your solar plexus. Feel the warmth rise under your palm and state. My energy belongs to me. I am reclaiming it. And then I want you to shift your attention to your spine. Imagine the old burnout pathways softening like warm wax. Imagine new pathways forming grounded, clear self-honoring, and then finish with one statement your body can believe today. Today, I do not abandon myself. This is what nervous system regulation feels like. This is what spiritual reconnection feels like. This, this sweet soul is what radiance feels like. Okay. How AI support, well, let's say this, how AI supports your end of the year healing. And your 2025 reset. AI is not replacing your wisdom. It's not replacing your intuition, and it's not replacing your purpose. It is simply giving you or giving your overloaded nervous system a place to rest, which means this becomes your, which means. Your energy becomes clearer, your decisions become easier. Your boundaries become stronger. Your purpose becomes louder. This holiday season, I invite you to believe you do not need more willpower. You need more regulation. You need more support. You need fewer invisible emotional jobs. AI is one of the simplest tools we can pull into the soul joy method. Not to depersonalize your life, but to give you back your life and time. Okay, so today you learn three essential things. Your holiday burnout isn't a personal failure, it's the predictable outcome of emotional labor. Burnout, compassion fatigue, decision fatigue and midlife neuro and midlife neurobiology. Two.
