I'm your host, Dr. Jules. Let's get to it. So today we are clearing the fog. We are moving from overthinking to intuition. You need to listen to the end of this episode because I'm going to validate why decision fatigue is making you feel like you're losing your mind. I know many of you are secretly terrified. You're developing early dementia, and spoiler alert, you probably aren't. We are activating the third eye chakra because when it's blocked, you have brain fog. When it's open, you have clarity, and I'm giving you the brain dump, burn ritual. This is the only way to empty your mind before sleep. So sweet soul. You can actually rest. So let's talk about the invisible weight you are carrying. We call it the mental load. It is the invisible project management of life. It's knowing who needs birthday cards, when the dog needs shots, and tracking the vitals of every client or patient on your floor. But here is what happens in midlife. Your brain changes. Yeah. We lose estrogen during menopause. The veil lifts the neurochemicals that allowed you to multitask endlessly in your thirties. They are gone, and I want you to hear me. This is not a deficit. This is not your brain breaking this. Is a demand from your biology to simplify. You can no longer tolerate the noise because you're entering the season of wisdom, not production. Your brain is forcing you to focus on what actually matters energetically. This fog sits in your third eye chakra. And this is located between your eyebrows. This is the seat of your intuition. And right now you are so busy analyzing data, worrying about the future, and replaying the past that your intuition is screaming into a void. You can't hear your own soul because the mental chatter is too loud. We need to quiet the noise so you can trust yourself again. So how do we clear this noise? Well, we do this activity that I call a brain dump and burn. So tonight, before you get into bed, take a. Piece of paper. Now, this needs to be a physical piece of paper and a pen, and I want you to write down every single tab in your brain that is open, the dry cleaning, the client diagnosis. You're worried about the fear about money, the guilt about your mom. Get it all out of your head and onto the paper. Then I want you to light a candle. We are going to do trataka meditation, candle gazing safely. Burn that paper or tear it up if you can't burn it as you watch the paper disappear. You tell yourself the paper holds the worry now, so my mind can hold the peace. You don't need to think your way out of this fog fact as you can't. You're gonna have to feel your way through it.
