Okay, welcome to the 12 days of Radiance Reset. We are ditching the holiday overwhelm to take you from exhausted and trapped to radiant and free. This is your end of year reconnection. I'm your host, Dr. Jules. Let's get to it. Okay? So throw away the resolution list. Seriously burn it. You do not need to lose 10 pounds. You do not need to work harder. You do not need to fix yourself because you're not broken. You need to feel free today. We plan your year not with willpower, which runs out by January 15th, but with soul power, which is infinite. This is it, the grand finale, day 12. We have journeyed through the boundaries, the burnout, the good girl syndrome, the invisibility cloak. Today we integrate everything. You need to listen to the end of this very special episode because I'm teaching you how to hack reticular activating system RAS. I'm going to show you how to program your brain to hunt for joy instead of stress in the coming year. Two, we are aligning the central channel. We are connecting root to crown chakras, all the work we've done so you become clear, unobstructed, so you become a clear, unobstructed vessel. For manifestation In three, we are doing semantic anchoring. We are going to lock in your word of the year for 2026. We're gonna lock it into your physical nervous system so you never forget who you are becoming. Let's start with neuroscience, shall we? The neuroscience of your reality. Whew. There is a bundle of nerves at your brainstem called the reticular activating system, or the RAS. Think of the RAS as, uh, I don't know, the bouncer at the club of your brain. Your brain is bombarded with millions. Of bits of data. Every second girl, if you noticed everything, you would go insane. So the RAS filters it. It only lets in what you tell it is important, but here's the problem for us healers. For the last 20 or 30 years. You have trained your RAS to look for danger. You scan for symptoms, you scan for crisis, you scan for other people's needs. If you focus on burnout, your RAS will show you burnout everywhere. If you focus on, I'm so tired, your RAS will highlight every reason to be tired. We are going to reprogram that bad boy filter right here, right now. If you tell your RAS that freedom is important. Lo and behold, it will start to act like a heat seeking missile for freedom. You will suddenly see opportunities you missed before. You will see pockets of time for self-care. You will see joy in the mundane. We are not just thinking positive. It's not positive toxicity. That's not what we're doing. We are biologically. Altering what your brain perceives is reality. I mean, that makes sense, right? So we've got the brain rewired that's handled. Now let's integrate the energy. Over the last 11 days, we have worked on the chakras individually. The root for safety, the sacral with creativity, the solar plexes for power, the heart for love, the throat, just speak your authentic voice. Third eye for intuition, and we went above the crown to the soul Star legacy. Today we activate the central channel. I want you to imagine a pillar of iridescent diamond white light running straight through the center of your body. It connects in, it connects deep into the earth. And it shoots up high into the cosmos. When this channel is clear, when you aren't blocking your power with resentment or your voice with fear, manifestation isn't magic girl. It is physics. You become a conduit. Inspiration comes in through the crown, moves down through your heart, and manifests out into the world. Through your actions, you attract what you are. And today, sweet Friend, today you are aligned. So let's lock this in for 2026. We are going to do somatic anchoring. It is important. I want you to come back to this if you're busy right now. Somatic anchoring, step one. I want you to pick one word for your next year, just one. Is it freedom? Is it radiance? Is it play? Is it peace? I've been thinking about mine. I think mine is commit or commitment, but that's here and nor there. You pick yours and step two, say that word out loud right now. Step three, close your eyes. I want you to find where that word lives in your body. Check your chakras head to toe. Does freedom feel like an open chest? Does peace feel like a warm hands? Does radiance feel like a tingling in your spine? Feel it, amplify it. Make it bigger. Step four, we anchor it. I want you to press your thumb and forefinger together on your right hand. Squeeze them together while feeling that sensation. Hold it. Breathe into it. Your wiring, this feeling into this physical touch every time you get stressed. Next year. Every time you feel the good girl creeping back in, touch your fingers together. Recall the feeling, fire the anchor. Come back to your joy. Okay, you did it 12 days. Take a deep breath. You are not the same woman who started day one. You have cut cords. You have roared like a lion. You have broken the silence. You are radiant, you are powerful, and you are free. This is not the end.
