Lesson for My Sons
I’m on a mission to help people redefine themselves through honest conversations around health, purpose, fatherhood, faith, leadership, and personal growth.
After 20 years as a gym owner, coach, and personal trainer, I’ve realized that real transformation has very little to do with chasing perfection — and everything to do with becoming more honest about who you truly are.
This podcast is part life lessons, part self-reflection, and part message to my sons for someday when they’re older and trying to navigate life for themselves.
Through conversations with coaches, entrepreneurs, parents, athletes, and everyday people, we explore what it means to feel lost, rebuild yourself, lead by example, take care of your health, and create a life that actually feels aligned.
If you’re trying to slow down, think deeper, grow stronger, and become the person you were meant to be — welcome.

Change Your Face
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
Have you ever considered the face and expression you present to the world as a reflection of who you are and what your life aims to achieve? I know that I definitely have. What we learn, watch, and experience is reflected in our faces. It is a way for us to express our thoughts, feelings, and character. In turn, it also helps us express who we want others to see. But how much of this can be changed by changing our face – is it possible?
