Lesson for My Sons
I’m on a mission to help people redefine themselves through honest conversations around health, purpose, fatherhood, faith, leadership, and personal growth.
After 20 years as a gym owner, coach, and personal trainer, I’ve realized that real transformation has very little to do with chasing perfection — and everything to do with becoming more honest about who you truly are.
This podcast is part life lessons, part self-reflection, and part message to my sons for someday when they’re older and trying to navigate life for themselves.
Through conversations with coaches, entrepreneurs, parents, athletes, and everyday people, we explore what it means to feel lost, rebuild yourself, lead by example, take care of your health, and create a life that actually feels aligned.
If you’re trying to slow down, think deeper, grow stronger, and become the person you were meant to be — welcome.

The #1 Reason Trainers Lose Clients Fast
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
Earlier in my personal training journey I wondered why other trainers kept all their clients and why I struggled to keep mine. We had same certifications, we looked the same physicaly, the clients weren't any different but what was different was he had a full roster of clients all the time and he seemed to get bussier and bussier. At first I thought he was just more knowledgable than me but when I looked closer into what that hour looked like I found out what I was doing wrong.
