Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
The intention of today’s meditation is to give you the space to be one with your pregnancy. To connect with your growing baby inside of you, to let go of any anxiety you may be feeling about labor and delivery, to breathe through any physical discomfort you may be having and ultimately, to honor the incredible miracle that you are experiencing.
What a miracle you are right now.
What a divine being you have created.
You’re doing a great job, mama.

The intention of today's meditation is to give you the space to be one with your pregnancy, to connect with your growing baby inside of you, to let go of any anxiety you may be feeling about labor and delivery, and to breathe through any physical discomfort that you may be having, and ultimately to honor the incredible miracle that you're experiencing. So let's begin. Let's begin by getting into a comfortable position. You can be sitting, lying down, or even walking slowly. Any position where you feel relaxed and alert will work. Now take a slow deep breath in. Bring your attention to your expanding belly as you draw that air in and release your breath on the exhale, breathing all the way out until you're at the very end of your breath. Bring your breathing to a relaxed, regular rhythm and feel your body getting just a little bit heavier, allowing yourself to relax deeper into your position. On each breath, I want you to breathe in a soothing, calm energy, feeling it soften your body and soften your mind. On each outbreath, I want you to breathe out any tension, stress, or discomfort. Breathe in calm, breathe out tension. Breathe in calm, breathe out tension. Go ahead and place your hands on your belly as you settle into this pregnancy meditation. As you do, I want you to recognize the warmth of the palm of your hands. Imagine that warmth as a calming, glowing yellow light. And just watch as it glows from your hands and onto your belly. You can see your warm yellow light radiating from your hands onto your belly and entering your body. Watch how it tenderly embraces your little one. This is your love and your light. Warmly holding your little miracle inside of you. Take a deep breath in, expanding your belly and watching as the yellow light shines brighter. And exhale feeling calm and relaxed. Your body may be feeling uncomfortable lately. Maybe you feel nauseous, low on energy, tired, or even in pain. Take a moment to bring to mind all the physical discomforts you've been feeling during your pregnancy. If any related thoughts like worries or judgments about your body come up, I want you to recognize them and visualize yourself, letting them float away. You can be handing them over to your higher self, God, the universe, your heavenly mother, whatever you believe in, but you're physically handing them over so that they don't serve you anymore. I want you to take a minute and just acknowledge any of those negative feelings you might have had. Maybe even your little one is moving around inside of you. Your body is doing magical and hard work right now. It's complicated and detailed work. So over the next minute, breathe in some grace for your body. Appreciate and love what it's doing for you and your baby. No matter how messy, uncomfortable, or inconvenient that may be. Breathe in grace. There is work ahead of you, Mama. Bringing this beautiful baby into the world will require much of you, but you have everything you need to do it. You are extraordinary. So if you're feeling any fear or anxiety or worry about delivering your baby, let's take a second to recognize it. I want you to imagine yourself gathering all those thoughts and worries and what ifs as if they were stones on the ground. One by one, pick up those heavy worries, those fears, and collect them in your arms. Now imagine yourself sitting on the floor, a pile of stones in hand, and think about another mom you know or you look up to. Imagine her putting her hand on your shoulder and reminding you that it's all going to be okay. And as you breathe out, watch as she takes one of the stones from your arms and sits next to you. Now watch as another mom. Perhaps it's your mom or your sister, your aunt, your grandma, puts her hand on your shoulder and whispers to you, you are strong. And as you breathe out, you watch as she takes one of the stones from your arms and sits next to you. I want you to repeat this process for a few minutes and watch as moms you know, maybe even moms you don't know, your ancestors, your heavenly mother all make their way to you, sharing their motherly wisdom and taking a stone from you and sitting down beside you. You have the strength and wisdom from generations of women within you. Everything is going to be okay. I want you to repeat these affirmations in your mind. I was chosen to be my baby's mother, and I am exactly what they need. My pregnant body is radiant and beautiful. I surrender knowing my body knows exactly what to do. My baby will be born at the precise right moment for them. I am grateful for my pregnancy, my body, and my unique experience. I am connected to my baby and my highest self throughout this process. I love and trust my body to deliver a healthy baby and to recover after as I send my body love and gratitude for what it's gone through. I choose to believe good things about pregnancy, childbirth, and motherhood. Everything I need to take care of my baby is already within me. Now take a deep breath in, watching as that calm yellow light that began in your hands now expands to your entire body. And as you breathe out, feel the warmth of your yellow light center you.
