Today we're talking about sugar again - but in a different light.
I know that I struggle with my own sugar intake, especially during the holidays, but I also know what having too much sugar will do to me.
Not only that, but we are so much more aware of just how much sugar is in just about everything...
I'll also share about two other 's' words that often come along with an increased sugar intake in your life: sleep and stress.
