Today I'd like to share about what happened to me when my family and I were able to achieve our goal of moving to the West Coast.
Whatever your goal, once you reach it, what next?
Well, for me, I dropped a lot of the tools that I used to get me here! And so I slipped into old habits that do not serve me or the life I want to live here.
The good news is that I can pick them back up again, start practicing those good habits, and reconnect with myself. And if I can do it, then so can you! Slowly and with love, you'll be moving again within your self-love and self-care practices - and if you need a little boost, I'm here for you.
