I’m Jody, a self-love advocate, coach, and founder of the Be You! Community Room and creator of A Course in Self-Love.
For years, I struggled and put myself last, chasing validation from others, and feeling like I wasn’t enough.
But then I discovered the power of self-love, and it completely transformed my life.
Now, I’m on a mission to help other women do the same.
I believe self-love is the key to living authentically, pursuing your dreams, and creating the relationships you deserve.

I think social media is a wonderful tool, but it's more like a double-edged sword sometimes. Join me today as I share my thoughts on social media, and how it's easy to get caught up in the "should"s by comparing yourself to others while looking through the lens of social media.
You are worthy of happiness in your own life and that life cannot be found by following the lives of others on social media platforms.
Now, I'm not asking you to give up of your platform of choice, this is a cautionary tale and a reminder to be mindful of how much time you spend on it and how you feel after after you put it down.
