I’m Jody, a self-love advocate, coach, and founder of the Be You! Community Room and creator of A Course in Self-Love.
For years, I struggled and put myself last, chasing validation from others, and feeling like I wasn’t enough.
But then I discovered the power of self-love, and it completely transformed my life.
Now, I’m on a mission to help other women do the same.
I believe self-love is the key to living authentically, pursuing your dreams, and creating the relationships you deserve.

Hello and welcome back for the 2nd episode of the podcast miniseries Be You!.
This episode was inspired by a conversation I had a while back with someone about how life took them on a path that didn't seem good at the time, but then looking back, everything that happened has happened for a reason.
I'll also share my own story that fits this narrative - where I was lost, and in a really dark place, but that's because life was setting the stage for me to walk on to something even more amazing than what I'd left behind.
