I’m Jody, a self-love advocate, coach, and founder of the Be You! Community Room and creator of A Course in Self-Love.
For years, I struggled and put myself last, chasing validation from others, and feeling like I wasn’t enough.
But then I discovered the power of self-love, and it completely transformed my life.
Now, I’m on a mission to help other women do the same.
I believe self-love is the key to living authentically, pursuing your dreams, and creating the relationships you deserve.

Hello and welcome to the very first episode of a 4-part miniseries called Finding Your Way Back Home.
Over the next 4 episodes, we're going to explore how to find yourself again, the real you, the one that knew who you were, and did what you wanted so that you can live authentically.
If you're tired of living on autopilot or feeling like you've lost touch with who you are, you're in the right place and I see you. I get you. Because I've been there myself.
In this first episode, we're going to ask a simple, but powerful question: "Where did you go?". We'll name the common ways we lose ourselves, notice what that feels like, and begin the first step back towards home.
It takes real courage to pull back the layers, and really look at where you're at and who you are. That's the first step and I'm here with you on this part of your journey. The next step involves small, consistent practices that tune you back to your inner voice.
