Loving Me, Myself & Life
Welcome home. I'm so happy and excited that you are here!!
Wherever you are right now in your life, whatever you are feeling and going through, just know it's where you're meant to be...but it also doesn't mean you need to stay there either.
Loving Me, Myself & Life is me bringing all I've got, backed with love and passion, to bring you fun, loving, exciting stories about love, challenges, struggles, success, and the journey that brought me here today with YOU.
Here's a little bit about me...
I’m Jody, a self-love advocate, coach, and founder of the Be You! Community Room and creator of A Course in Self-Love.
For years, I struggled and put myself last, chasing validation from others, and feeling like I wasn’t enough.
But then I discovered the power of self-love, and it completely transformed my life.
Now, I’m on a mission to help other women do the same.
I believe self-love is the key to living authentically, pursuing your dreams, and creating the relationships you deserve.
I can’t wait to guide you on this beautiful journey.

Hello again dear listener and welcome back to Coaching Series.
Today we're talking about practical steps that can help you shift from negative self-talk to self-compassion. Because - here's the thing - we all have negative self-talk now and then. You're not alone.
Join me today as I walk you through the things you can do, right now, when that voice in your head - that sounds like you, but isn't really you - puts you down
Now, if you want to go even deeper into this, I actually have a course that's completely free on my website specifically about negative self-talk. If this episode has resonated with you I strongly encourage you to take action and click that link!
