How To Get Hired Fast
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
Most job advice is polite. This one is practical, a little ruthless, and built from the employer side of the table. We walk through what actually separates the candidate who gets a call back from the pile of “easy apply” submissions. If you’re trying to get hired in fitness, sales, marketing, or any role where your attitude and effort show up fast, you’ll hear exactly what hiring managers notice first: attention to detail, real curiosity, and proof you’ll take work off their plate.
We talk about the non-negotiables that quietly disqualify people every day: sloppy resumes, skipped screening questions, and answers that look like they were pasted from AI. Then we get into the moves almost nobody makes like showing up in person, learning the culture, talking with staff, and doing your research so you can walk into an interview sounding like you already belong there. We also debate the “is that too much?” moments, from bringing a small thoughtful gesture to using creative outreach that gets your name remembered.
The biggest takeaway is a simple mindset shift: don’t ask to be trained, show how you’ll create ROI. We break down how to answer the killer question “What do your first 30 days look like?” with a plan that shows initiative, self-learning, and solutions. We even close with a blueprint for asking for a raise or promotion without sounding entitled. If this helped you, subscribe, share it with a friend who’s stuck, and leave a review with the one tip you’re going to use next.

Why Employers Ignore Most Applicants
SPEAKER_01Hey everyone, I'm Anthony Eamon, owner of Redefined Fitness, and I got an episode I've actually been dreaming about. Not figuratively. Literally. I've been wanting to do this for a while because it's been so top of mind recently. So, what is it? If I was an employee and I wanted to get a job, how would I go get that job? What are some things I learned from the employer seat that I wish I knew from the employee seat and how to really much get, in my opinion, any job you ever want? This is gonna be way above what you think your pay grade is. Here we go. Let's start from the beginning. Okay. We're gonna take this from all the way from square one, and that is industry specific, right? So if I'm somebody and I'm looking to get into fitness, I do need to have some skill. So a good example would be go spend money on extra accreditation, go take a school course, something to get me where I need to be at a baseline. On top of that, self-learn everything. AI is really good right now. You can literally have conversations with ChatGPT. YouTube. Yeah, YouTube, pin questions back and forth and become really, really educated on one specific topic. Okay. That's my legwork. Okay. Getting educated. Next, the application process. When I see a job that's posted, I'm gonna do a couple of things right off the get-go. So the first thing I'm gonna do is obviously I'm gonna apply. And this is what blows my mind. First off, resumes don't need to be pretty, they just need to look systematic and easy. I learned that, yeah. Just straightforward. Straightforward. Yeah, simplistic. Spelling errors, I ain't even talking to you. Wow, it's over me. Look at your resumes. So you look for those things. I just literally do this. That's it. Okay. Brief. College doesn't matter as much as you think it matters. Higher education, unless you're going for doctor nursing, something actually requires. Yeah, yeah, yeah. But uh beyond that, a degree doesn't make a difference.
SPEAKER_00Oh, yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_01Um it just I want to see a general idea of where someone's at. The next is the screening questions. If you skip the screening questions, you're not getting hired, I'm not calling you, end of story. And so many people do. This is so dude.
SPEAKER_00Did you hear you guys pay attention? The screening questions they ask you, these four things that you always skip over. Don't then I'll hire you. I'm not even calling you. Wow.
SPEAKER_01Then when you answer the screening questions, if it's a short answer asking for nepstation, you put one sentence, I'm not calling you. If you use AI to write to answer it, I'm not calling you. It is really obvious. Spend some freaking time, the 20 seconds filling this out.
SPEAKER_00Crazy. Okay, this isn't rocket science here. Well, let me ask you: the reason why you're not hiring them is it because it's just they're lazy. You can send things in your time. It's lazy. This guy didn't even have time to put in to answer it. For example, I have uh meta ad right now for a job, right?
Show Up And Join The Culture
SPEAKER_01They fill it goes into an application, they fill out applications, five questions. At the end of the application, it states please send a video to this phone number answering these three questions. This ad has been out for two weeks. I have about 10 applications through on it. One person sent me a video. There you go. If you cannot pay attention to details, I don't want you in my company. Yeah, exactly. So that's step one. Now we're most people they can understand that this is where they screw up. I wanna, I'm a human. I want to see you, I want to get to know you. And depending on obviously how big the company is, it depends on how you get involved in that person's face. Show up. Here's an example. I apply for redefined fitness. I come that day or the next day to redefined fitness. I introduce myself to the person working the front desk. Hey, I'm Anthony, just tell me a little bit about what makes you love this job. Talk to the front desk girl a little bit. If it's a gym or something like that, I join the gym. I want to get involved in the culture. I want to get involved, especially if it's a higher level position. This is how you separate yourself, though, guys. Listen to what he said, this is how you separate yourself. If I heard someone applied and joined my gym, I'm interviewing them that day. Like, let's go. Really, really invested to this company. And I'm gonna keep taking this steps up. Now I joined that gym, I'm introducing myself to the staff. I want to know why they love being here and what separates this company from everything else, so I have fuel to go into an interview with. So I can really learn what makes redefined fitness tick. Crazy. Take it a step further. Talking to these employees, I'm finding out who the interviewee is. Like, who's the interviewer? Sorry. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Let's say it's Amanda. Amanda interviewed. Tell me something about Amanda. What does she like? She likes doing fun. I'm finding relations. So sorry to interrupt.
SPEAKER_00Do you not think that people don't think that's weird? Like, why is this guy asking so many freaking questions about Amanda?
SPEAKER_01I'm not sitting there staring at someone being like, answer my question. I'm just working on the case. I'm just casually having a conversation with somebody or bouncing around and talking to different people, just getting involved. But I see where you're going.
SPEAKER_00It's going to capture his attention. Because no one's doing that. So the key is to separate yourself.
Research The Company Before You Walk In
SPEAKER_01Let's say I get a call for an interview, right? Amanda's doing my interview for me. God, this annoys me so much. Um pull up the company website and learn something about the company and the person who runs the company or the person who's interviewing you before you walk in the door. Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Uh, how many people have sat in front of me and like don't even know what we do?
SPEAKER_00Yeah, yeah, yeah. You ask me, you asked me that the first day. Remember? You're like, so do you know our story and all that? I mean, I knew already. Yeah. You I mean, that's common sense. You can't go into a business and not expect them to ask you, what do we do? Do you know my story? I'm the owner. Like, you can't. It just makes you say this guy just wants to check. He knows nothing about us. So that's okay.
SPEAKER_01Learn something about them. This next thing. Remember, I was doing my digging when I was at the gym and I was talking to people. I was at that company talking to people wherever it was. Or if it's online, I'm reaching out to people. If I can't get involved with people in their face and I find out what they like, bring something. Hey, Amanda really likes donuts. Not to say she actually hates donuts, which is funny, but whatever. Okay. I'm gonna go pick up a donut and bring it for her.
SPEAKER_00This is after you signed up for the gym.
Bring A Thoughtful Gesture
SPEAKER_01After you this is a-view scheduled.
SPEAKER_00Okay.
SPEAKER_01You're not gonna bring something with you to the interview. Hey, you don't think that looks like a kiss ass, man?
SPEAKER_00I want someone here that wants to be here. Okay, so no, no, no. I love what you're saying because some people perceive it like that, like maybe that's too much. Maybe I shouldn't bring something. How else am I gonna get involved and make myself stand out? Okay, so you don't see it.
SPEAKER_01I'm gonna do a thousand candidates, and I see someone that actually took an extra step, find something I love, and then brought it for me.
SPEAKER_00Okay.
SPEAKER_01You think anyone's gonna be like, screw you, man? You look like I'm like, you're awesome. Wow, that's amazing.
SPEAKER_00Okay.
Be Early And Call If Late
SPEAKER_01So, next thing. Now, I want everyone to stop and pause for a second, take a deep breath in. Okay. If your interviews at 11 o'clock, just as a time.
SPEAKER_00Come on, say it, eh? I know he's gonna say it.
SPEAKER_01And you show up at 11 o'clock. It's gonna be a good one. And you show up at 11:01.
unknownGo!
SPEAKER_01You're I'm not even sitting with you. Remember, you said that Tim Tim was like, What?
SPEAKER_00I'm not sitting with you. If my time's not valuable to you, your time's not valuable to me. What does that tell you about the person? And why are you why not have some type of leniency or just grace for them? Like, I don't know what happened. Why? Why, why do you just goodbye?
SPEAKER_01What if someone their best face is supposed to be during an interview process? That's supposed to be your best. That's true. If you can't be that best and still come on timer late, how is that gonna carry over to you working here? You're right. You're gonna come late. You're not gonna care. You know, it's whatever. How early should you be? 15 minutes is a is a minimum in a good place. Okay. Show up 15 minutes early. Ready, not 15 minutes pulling the parking lot and walk in and walk in five minutes before 15 minutes in.
SPEAKER_00Yeah. I'm here, I'm ready to go. Lateness is disgusting. I do, I I always do an hour. Well, you know, you I always do an hour. That's just me because I'm nervous or whatever.
SPEAKER_01Any even but you gave yourself ample time if there was a car accident or something happened.
SPEAKER_00Of course, just to be safe, man, just to be safe. If I'm nine o'clock, I'm here at 8 10.
SPEAKER_01Which is wild. Like I've had so many interviews in my life. I got almost every job I ever applied for, and I always applied up because I was always early. Oh, wow. And I understood that. I was late once to an interview. There was a bad accident on the road. It was a 45-minute drive, and we were dead stop.
SPEAKER_00This happens, right? Yeah, yeah, yeah. That's why you leave early. That's why you go early.
SPEAKER_01What did Anthony do when he knew he was gonna be late? You call. Didn't call up when I'm at 11 o'clock for my 11 o'clock interview. I didn't do that. I saw that I wouldn't be on time because my GPS pushed me to 11. Hey, it's 10:30 now. I'm on my way. There's a really bad accident on the road. Just to give you a heads up. I'm coming. I was scheduled to be there 15 minutes prior, but you know, this accident happened. I just want can I still come? Is that okay with you?
SPEAKER_00Anthony, let me ask you something. If someone did that, you're gonna accept it? Absolutely. You would absolutely okay. So you said leniency. Okay, okay. I thought okay. Because they called prior to 1059 for 11 o'clock.
SPEAKER_01They called half an hour before or an hour before, depending on far the drive is, right? Okay, they called ample time, they're showing that they are trying to get there. Okay, it's kind of like an employee coming late for work, right? If an employee calls me, hey man, there was a bad accident beforehand. I'm running late, I'm gonna be like 10 minutes late. And it's before their shift, yeah. No worries, I'm not running. I don't great, it happens. If they call me at 11 o'clock and they're supposed to be in at 11, no, that that's it that's that's I'm writing an employee up.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, yeah. No, of course, because you're playing games now. Like, come on, dude. I can't trust you.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, of course, yeah. So there's a leniency on both sides of that. When you come in for the interview and you come early, right? And specifically for those going for sales roads or anything that's an extra requires an extrovert, like a trainer, so you're very talking to people. God don't come, sit at a table and scroll on your phone. No one's done that. Everyone does that while they're waiting for me to grab them. No, if I didn't do my due diligence, oh, that's crazy. No, I've never done that. If I didn't do my due diligence, like if I didn't have the option to, let's say it wasn't a place like a gym I could join beforehand, right? Yeah, yeah, yeah. So I had no time to go meet to the employees, et cetera, et cetera, and do that. I still brought something with me. I tried my hardest to figure out what worked out. I show up then earlier, like 20 minutes before, and I'm introducing myself to all the employees there. Introduce yourself. Introduce yourself.
unknownOkay.
SPEAKER_01Hey, I'm yeah. I'm applying for a job here. Tell me something about what makes you love this place. Talk to people there. Go around and introduce yourself and show yourself you care.
SPEAKER_00And the reason why is the word will spread when you leave. Correct, Anthony? They're going to it's a any business is like family. They're gonna talk. Yo, that new guy, I like him, man. And it's gonna spread. And the guy that's in charge starts to hear and pick up on that. Like maybe he is the right guy to hire. Remember, you're not the only guy coming in for an interview or girl coming for an interview. There's tons of other people. Separate yourself. Most people, everything that he listed, 90% of people are not doing. 95% of people are not doing. You're not buying anything, they're not doing research. The thing that shocked me the most is the phone. That blew me. I don't know who, like, how do you how do you come in and that's crazy? Yeah, um, and that falls into just phone addiction. You have to learn how to separate yourself and be professional. Uh, being on time, um, Anthony, what else would you say at an interview?
SPEAKER_01Now you're interviewing the person. We're doing this right now, right? We're sitting here, we're talking. I I don't think, and I could be wrong, that how you answer questions, as far as like what you say, matters more instead of like how it comes across. So, okay, what are your biggest strengths? I'm really good at this, and blah blah blah. Or saying I'm excellent at this, I'm the best, you're not gonna find anyone better. Arrogance coming across is gonna come off poorly as opposed to hey, this is it. I know that but isn't Will, you're looking for the colour.
SPEAKER_00I like confidence though. I I like confidence.
SPEAKER_01But I'm an employer, I'm looking for will. Yeah, what I do want to see, and I think what's more important, is a couple of things. One, willingness to learn. Of course. Hey, I can tell you right now, uh my strengths are definitely in here, but my weaknesses are definitely in here. But what I do is because I know these are my weaknesses, I constantly expose myself to them. So let's say it's public speaking. Yeah, I I actually joined a public speaking course at the road to really help get myself better at it. And I'm really willing to learn and take the next step. And I'm also willing to hear recommendations from yourself about how I can get better at public speaking, because it's not something I'm good at. But I do want to learn. I like that. I am going to learn and spend time learning on my own. Tell me that what what are one things, and I think this is like a secret, because I hear this, my brain lights up. That we do as entrepreneurs, right? We're always learning. Yeah, we're always listening, yeah. Listen to book books, podcasts, audiobooks, whatever, right? Is when someone tells me that I light up. Oh I uh oh man, I listened to um Alex Ramosy and I learned this, and I just want to tell you that was really cool. Love that. People are like spending their own time learning, yes, yes, well, how's that gonna translate into work? Exactly.
SPEAKER_00They're gonna spend their own time learning on solutions, bingo, because the reason why those that are getting is because they're utilizing the time to learn when they're not getting paid for it. So leveling up their skills, got it, and that means that person has the willingness to grow constantly with or without money.
The 30 Day Plan Question
SPEAKER_01Exactly. I did my diligence, right? On figuring out what that person likes, what are some things they do, and how the company runs and ticks. So now I'm expressing those. Hey, I was speaking to uh Sandra up front, she told me that you guys do this system. Can you just explain it a little more to me? Or it looks a little more about it.
SPEAKER_00You pay attention to those nuggets, yeah.
SPEAKER_01All the time on the best thing, present solutions. Oh, yeah, that that's that's it right there. You're sold. If you could do that, you're sold. Sold. Hey, I was, you know, I was before he came in, let's see coming from a marketing job. I checked your website and I actually did some back-end work on it. I really looked that the way that the logo center and the header, it's not prioritizing for SEOs. I'm more than willing day one to come in and really fix that for you and get that up to date. Well, how I think this of it, these are a couple ideas I had. Let me know which one you like best.
SPEAKER_00Wow. So figure hey, so concise, figure out a problem that the company has in in obviously in your perspective from your perspective, and come in with a solution to solve it. That I just took away. That's that's incredible. Now, my favorite question.
SPEAKER_01Okay, and no one gets this right. Okay. I take that back. 1% of people get this right. And I always say, but I have to hire them there. Everything else is really good, but that question is so important. Okay. When you move up, and it's not a low, like a low-wage job, you're moving up into like a manager or a C-suite kind of executive position. The one thing I look for, especially when my pay is really high, why do I have a pay really high for this job? It's because I don't want to teach you.
SPEAKER_00Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_01I'm willing to pay an exorbitant amount of money so I don't have to spend my money to sit down and teach you and level you up to where you need to be. So my question to an application uh is hey, let's say I hire you for this position. What does your first 30 days look like? What does your first 30 days look like?
SPEAKER_00Okay.
SPEAKER_01What's your answer?
SPEAKER_00What does my first 30 days look like in this position?
SPEAKER_01What's the typical answer you're gonna get from somebody?
SPEAKER_00I don't know. Tell me, let me get it.
SPEAKER_01Well, you know, um, I'm gonna learn the systems. You're gonna we're gonna sit down and we're gonna get a breakdown of everything, you're gonna teach me all this stuff, and then until I get a handle of things, and then I'll be able to start taking things for the I see what you're saying.
SPEAKER_00Horrible answer. I see what you're saying.
SPEAKER_01Ask me the ask me the question.
SPEAKER_00Anthony, when we hire, what do your first 30 days look like in your perspective? What do they look like?
SPEAKER_01Well, when I was doing some back end work, I noticed, let's take sales, for example. I noticed that we can spruce things up on the gym on the inside a little bit. And I really want to make sure that I can present solutions for you in order to level that up. So day one, I'm giving you an ROI on the investment of myself. So I could say, hey, we're gonna tweak this so we can help hopefully increase our sales. I'm gonna do this and you're not gonna have to worry about it all. On top of that, I know you guys have different systems and operating stuff. Once they get logged on, I'm actually gonna spend time to learn these systems so you don't have to worry about it. If I have any questions, I'm gonna reach out and ask you. Unless you're super complex, but I'm a pretty good self-learner. So I'm gonna be able to take that and grow. And then moving forward, the same thing is gonna happen. I'm gonna take all the stress off your shoulders and make sure you don't have to worry about all of these things going on in the subdepartment. Because if I don't know the answer to something, I'm gonna do the research to make sure I do find the answer for something. And that's why I'm the best candidate. I might not have uh super high skill like everybody else, but I am that will and I am willing to learn everything and do it in my own time to really make sure I can dive into this company and make the best it could possibly be.
unknownWow.
SPEAKER_00That's a phenomenal applicant. That's phenomenal. And you're right, presenting solutions and letting them know that day one, I'm jumping in and this this is the course of action I'm gonna take, as opposed to, well, I'm coming in and hoping you can teach me things and see how it goes in exchange for a high wage. It just doesn't matter.
SPEAKER_01Is that question? If when you look at issues people run into, I don't have experience, right? Let's go from sales consultant to sales manager as just an example, right? Because we're talking about that. If you can tell me that in an interview, I'm giving you the sales manager job, even if you have no experience. Wow. Because you're teaching you're showing me you have the willingness to learn. I don't have to train you. You're gonna learn yourself. I understand that there's gonna be some bumps, but you're taking all that pressure off my plate. I'd rather you than some sales manager who sit and say, teach me everything. Right, you're right. Take it, you're right, adjust it.
SPEAKER_00Right, you're right, you're right, you're right.
SPEAKER_01So you want to jump two or three pay levels up? Right, be that person that's willing to learn. And okay, I know I don't have experience in this, but I've learned XYZ, I've spent time on all of this. I know your company, these are the solutions we could present, and that's why I could be the best candidate for this job because I'm gonna make sure I learn to get there.
SPEAKER_00Wow, damn. I I hey, listen, guys, I took away some gems from that. Um, Anthony, is there anything else? Because I really like that. That's phenomenal.
Look The Part And Make Eye Contact
SPEAKER_01There's a couple more little like nuanced stuff that I think is important. Okay. So I can't believe to say this. Look the part.
SPEAKER_00Of course, yeah. All right, sweatpants, and I mean that's common sense.
SPEAKER_01You're going to a gym job, you can wear sweatpants. I was about to have a nice shirt and sweatpants. Yeah, yeah. I always ask. Gyms are confusing. Yeah, I was gonna come with a suit. And I was like, no, I don't think so. But I ask, hey, I'm gonna dress up in a suit unless unless you want me to wear something else, it's totally up to yours. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_00Okay, so you can ask. Okay.
SPEAKER_01Always ask.
SPEAKER_00Okay.
Creative Outreach That Gets Noticed
SPEAKER_01Make yourself look more professional and come across that way, and it'll make all the world a difference. Okay. Maintain eye contact, super important. Make sure you're talking to someone looking the other freaking direction. Another little fun one, I saw this on a little uh YouTube clip and I was like, that's great. To go back to let's say you have a job you want to go for where you it's not a service, you can't get in and talk to people, and you know that indeed they're getting thousands of applications. Somebody ordered a box of Dunker Donuts and had their resume inside the box of Dunker Donuts, and then went in as Uber Eats and delivered it to the person that was doing the applications. So when they opened the donuts, the recipe's right there. Bro, for real. For real. It was genius. Did it work? Yeah, they got the job. Creativity, man. You look for creativity, look for people that can find solutions to problems.
SPEAKER_00Wow. Hey, you know, and I want to touch on that creativity in order to get to where you want to be in life. That's a beautiful thing. Let me tell you why. There's a story with Robert De Niro, and I can't remember the act, I think it's Jonah Hill. Jonah, Jonas Hill, Jonah Hill. When he wanted a position in Hollywood, a certain film, he wanted Robert De Niro to give him a shot, and Robert didn't do it. I mean, he just didn't answer the office storm. So every day he would take a basketball and sign, give me a shot, and keep sending it to the office. And I maybe like the 50th basket basketball Robert called him in and Jonah Hill was born. Creativity, man, can get you in the door. That is that shows well. But then again, creativity versus annoying, though. Persistence versus being annoying, though. Where does you where do you draw that line at where okay? This is a little too much, dude. Yeah, it's a little bit of a nuance, it depends on your experience goes, right? Basketball is the other thing.
SPEAKER_01Right? It depends on how you're approaching, how you're asking. You can get catch a drift from somebody. If you have no social skills and you can't tell someone doesn't want you to have a job here, like that's a different issue. But if you can pick up that maybe they don't want you working here, that's when you kind of get up and move on to an extent. Yeah, but still showing and still trying to stay relevant in some aspect. That's it's always just trying to stay relevant and trying to be a raw involved in something. Yeah, show up, talk, get to know people, and make the system want you.
SPEAKER_00And do you do you remember the the thumbs up photo I had next to me? You remember that creativity. I mean, these are good nuggets, dude. These are good. Any other nuances?
SPEAKER_01No, that thing, I think that's pretty much where we can sum this up about if it was an employee, how to get a job. If you take half of these, yeah, yeah, you'll get a job.
How To Ask For A Raise
SPEAKER_00Oh, yeah, absolutely. I mean, but there's some that are essential there. I mean, the eye contact, dressing the part, those are you gotta take time. Come on. Yeah, yeah, yeah. That that but those are those are like no-brain, like that's just common sense.
SPEAKER_01Which like blows our mind if people sit there and complain about they can't get a job. So if you know somebody that complains about not being able to get a job, watch this video. Send this episode to them, they're gonna be able to get a job. I promise you. This is these are some tips that will get you in the door. Talk to people, help you learn, help you grow as an individual, help you level up in your career. Yeah, it the world's your oyster man, you can make anything you want out of it. You just gotta put the work in, but work smart to make yourself level up and get the golden nugget.
SPEAKER_00No, you're right. And I like that. And in closing out, um, I was gonna say, um, yeah, essentially, like you just said, it most of the time, I think laziness gets in people's ways, man. They get in their own way. Most people are just a press apply and they don't call and wait for the job to call them. It's it's going the extra mile, like you said. And I think, yeah, this really. Helps and and even more so, these suggestions that he gave me, these even help get in a promotion. Facts. Some of these things help getting a promotion, not just getting it, just getting a promotion. We can do a whole episode. Oh, yeah, for sure.
SPEAKER_01Promotions, which we should. I think I'm gonna do a 15-second clip on promotions. Okay. Worst thing to ever do, go to your boss and say, I deserve a promotion. No, yeah, we gotta do a full episode. Yeah, we gotta do a full episode.
SPEAKER_00I gotta know why. I gotta know why.
SPEAKER_01Best thing you can say? How do you ask? Yeah, great question. Hey, this is my job requirement inside of let's say it's personal training. Oh, I know you're gonna say these are the things that are required at my job. I supply above and by my job, XYZ. This is the return on investment you get from me supplying XYZ. Is this something you think that's super phrase, or is there anything else I can do inside of this in order to get myself a raise? What do you need from me that I could take stress off your back in order to help me get a raise to move up in this company?
SPEAKER_00It's an exchange. It's not just you come and say, give me more money. You have to ask, how can I do more? This is what I have done to grow the company, and how can I do more to get X, Y, and Z, X amount of dollars.
SPEAKER_01The next worst thing you can do is never ask. Because then you'll never get a raise. You can't assume you're gonna get a race to bring that back.
SPEAKER_00How do you ask? Yes, other you'll never get a raise.
SPEAKER_01You have to bring it up. You have to bring it up in a certain way. And the more you ask and the more you supply into the company, the quicker you can get a raise. I've had employees that have been with me for a short period of time that get raised quicker. Than those that have been here for a long time, they don't get raises at all. Because they don't ask. Because they don't ask and they don't bring solutions. Bring me solutions. This is a company. The company has to make money. Show me how your job makes us money so that we can grow together. That's what it comes down to.
SPEAKER_00We'll do an episode on this. No, we got it, man. That was a good episode, and guys, like, comment, subscribe. Anthony Daven himself. And take it away. Close out. Don't forget, guys.
