What a difference a year makes. Last year my podcast focused on how to beat holiday stress. I gave such timeless tips to help lower stress. 
 As I listened to that 2019 holiday podcast, I realized it just does not capture what is going on this year. The holiday is complicated by the Coronavirus.  

There are so many questions we are dealing with during this time and everyone is having to make their own decision about what to do. It is interesting that everyone is having to dig deep to see what is right for them and their family.  

·        Should we stay home?

·        Is there a safe way to visit others?

·        How do we handle sadness and loneliness? 

 In this Feed Your Soul with Kim Podcast we will discuss:

  • How is sadness affecting you this holiday? 
  • What are some ways to manage sadness and loneliness? 
  • Come away with some doables to experience peace this holiday.


Please note: if you are feeling overly sad this holiday and are concerned, seek out the help from a licensed therapist. Use google to look for a licensed therapist. The good thing is right now many therapists are working virtually. You can also look up the therapist association in your state for referrals.
