It’s my birthday! Today I turn 45.
44 was a big year.
I moved across the country. (Image I is on one of my cherished walks through the California hills, close to where I live in the Bay Area.)
The Sanctuary celebrated its first birthday!
There have been new friends, new challenges, new adventures.
I am so very grateful for our connection. It's so meaningful to know that there are folks out there every day reading my emails and listening to the pod.
