I’m Dawn Wiggins, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and EMDR specialist. I draw on decades of experience to help women navigate the emotional rollercoaster after ending a marriage. Using a little bit of science, a few alternative remedies and emotional release techniques, a whole lot of love, and zero BS, we step out of the victim mindset and into building a new life after divorce.
We emphasize nuance because overcoming challenges after divorce means questioning everything that got us here and using your divorce as a springboard to a better, more resilient (and certainly happier!) you.

Good morning you, beautiful badass. You are the most powerful woman and I know that beyond a shadow of a doubt, and any thought you have today that is anything less than a powerful, wild woman who can manifest whatever she deems and desires is just your perception, that's off. So kick that shit to the curb, call deep upon your power, step into the reality that you are growing and expanding with every moment. And whatever shit comes your way today, you are going to tackle, knowing that it came your way because you can, and it isn't going to come your way for you to get bowled over by it. It's going to come your way for you to build your confidence, to step into the truth of who you are, to get super curious about how you and God can co-create this shit and stop suffering because of whatever everybody else is doing. You are going to nail today, and that doesn't mean it's going to be easy at every step, but it means that you are going to find joy. You are going to use tools, you are going to put on some killer music and you are going to dance your way through this shit because you are a beautiful badass who is exceptionally powerful. You are going to learn how to turn this pain into purpose. You are going to learn how to turn this pain into purpose. You are going to learn how to make meaning from this mess.
Speaker 1:You are going to tackle the struggles of today with grace and courage and curiosity and at the end of the day, you are going to reflect back and you're going to say, huh, I am a beautiful badass.
Speaker 1:And you are going to write it on your mirror I am a beautiful badass.
Speaker 1:And you are going to remember when you forget that you are a beautiful badass.
Speaker 1:And you are going to take today and you are going to own it rather than it owning you and you. At the end of the day, you are going to be tired and you are going to want to rest, but you are going to know that you earned that rest by standing in your power and believing in yourself more than anyone else Well, maybe not more than me and God but you have stood in your power. At the end of the day, you will be able to reflect back and you will know that you worked for your worth today, not because you have to work for your worth, but because you worked on owning your worth. You will know at the end of the day, that you were always worthy. You have always been worthy, but today you believe in it a little bit more because you are a beautiful badass who's opening her heart to the idea that you can have anything you desire, because that is what was meant for you in this life love that you and God can co-create a powerful, powerful, powerful day.
