Dr. Matthew Tanner

Founded by Dr. Matthew Tanner, a seasoned pastor and counselor who has personally navigated the trials of ministry wounds, Wounded Leadership was born out of a desire to support those who serve. Dr. Tanner's experiences, both personal and professional, highlighted the pressing need for resources tailored to the unique challenges faced by ministry. The Wounded Pastor, delves into the often-overlooked issue of unjustified pastoral terminations and offers a roadmap for healing and reentry into ministry.
