today's episode is why being your own chief energy officer, your CEO matters way more than trying to logic your way through the process. But before we get there, I want to, we do something that I got before I jumped on the mic.

Right before I jumped on the mic, I got a little bit of a compliment. Well, it's a compliment for me anyway, and I'm gonna read it to you. She said, I've been wanting to tell you this for a while, but I love your tone of voice.

You are so effing dangerous and uncomfortable. In the best possible way. That was just a compliment. I got on threads and I just edit it for YouTube's purposes, so I don't have expletives in the first one minute of the. Show, but I'll take it and I read the full thing later on in the show. Today is raw, unfiltered, unplanned, just like that quote, and it's why being your chief energy officer matters way more than trying to logic your way through the process.

I was going through really quickly, all of my 10,000 episodes I've already done in the archives and saying, Hmm, what might be a transformational Tuesday or a quick quote that I could drop for you guys to make this episode worthwhile for you?

And I found one, that's the gist of what I wanna say, and I'm just gonna riff off of that. And in that I had talked about CEO, meaning Chief Energy Officer, not Chief Executive Officer. Now depending on the scale of your business, you're both. I would argue if you're a freelancer without staff, you're not a chief executive officer, whatever works for you, and most people who are attracted to me are solopreneurs.

That's why I say that, although I have worked with people who are in a different capacity for astrology work and, and. Actually, I take that back. I've worked in people who have teams also for human design, but it's not the majority of the work that I do. So at any rate, chief Energy Officer, what does that mean?

So we know what that means with regards to human design. We know what that means with regards to physical health. With the sun now becoming really, really bright in the sky, the days are getting longer, gardens are going in the ground. We're on the beach. The sun. The sun is high in the sky. We've got a lot more vitality in our bones.

If you live in the Northern Hemisphere, this is particularly true if you don't live in a place like Texas or California or Florida, where you don't get this all the time. So we're energized, we're ready to go, and as sacral beings, which is kind of the focus for at least this chapter of the podcast, we literally run the car.

The gasoline that goes in our car has to do with what energizes us and what energizes us is often not rational. It doesn't make any sense. Literally thinking about this podcast. I'll give you a real time example. So I am gonna be introducing a special summer series on Friday the 13th.

Next week. Yes. There's a reason I'm releasing out on Friday the 13th. No, I'm not gonna tell you that right now. I have much of this already recorded, and it's a pretty aggressive arc of content, and I am wicked excited about it, and my excitement about it is way more important about the time that I'm gonna spend on it.

It's way more important than, whether or not it makes sense. It's way more important than, does every episode lead to a call to action? That is my ideal client avatar. No, because I'm excited about it and that excitement is gonna translate into everything else I do. And that's where energy comes into marketing in a way that you cannot put into a, what was the open rate on the email?

Numbers matter and there's a time for numbers and there's a time to just have fun. And we've lost like the ability to have fun in what we do because we've just gotten so many shoulds about why we should do things one way. And that's why for me, this is one part of what I do.

It's not all of the things I do to make money. Because if I made it my end all be all for me. It would lose the fun aspect that may change in the future. Right now that feels good to me and I've been someone who's been a full-time entrepreneur for almost 15 years. I. So I don't need any here, any bullshit about, well, you're not in it to win it and you don't know how to scale and go fuck yourself.

People like left their job like a year ago. They're all of a sudden are all knowing about everything. But whatever the point is, is that when you're excited, everything else.

Will fuel that excitement like a tornado. I'm wicked excited about my garden. I'm wicked excited about getting back in the gym. I know I don't actually, I'm not excited about getting back in the gym. I'm excited about getting back into shape. , I'm excited about my yoga classes. I'm excited about. I I have attracted such like, fuck yes clients so far in this business.

I'm gonna be onboarding someone. As we speak, and she's amazing. She came from the podcast and everybody else who's come from the podcast has been amazing. I have room to work with one more person long term on their business this summer that will require a conversation. All that arrange, let's say. And so that's working on your business either July through September or like now through the end of August kind of a thing. So that's the timeframe. If that's not a timeframe that works for you, stay tuned and check back in later. My stuff will change after all of this stuff gets packaged and polished and website and all that, and then

one-on-one attention goes down, but right now everything is bespoke to folks. So I'm just really excited about that. And I don't even do that much high touch one-to-one work. That's not the long-term vision for this brand I have. But right now, I'm excited about it just because the people who are coming to me are that awesome.

So I just wanted to share that with you because, chief executive officer is great. That has to do with executive functioning and all that, but Chief Energy Officer is way more important. And if you know anything about the sacral response. You know anything about sacral beings, you know anything about generators and manifesting generators, you know that we have an aura around us.

And this has been actually scientifically proven. The electrochemical signature that is surrounds our physical being. The only thing that changes is human design says that the different types, projector, manifester, generator and reflector, those are the four major types that their aura is of a different kind.

That is where human design differs from. Traditional science. Traditional science knows we have an electromagnetic field around us. Proven animals have an electromagnetic field around them. Proven, or is there not some like quacky kooky thing, right? I'm not, I know I'm preaching to the choir on this podcast.

I'm not convincing anybody of anything. That's the only difference is that the reason why people put people into types is that. In theory, generator and manifesting generator, they have a different aura. So the way they move through the world changes, the way they attract things, change and all that.

And a big part of being someone, if you are a sacral, being , is that the more lit up you are, the more you're magnetizing things into your world. And it's not linear. It doesn't have to make sense. It's why you may stop all your marketing efforts and go off in the garden or go on vacation and you're gonna get three clients.

That's why, because you're lit up. And your field is literally doing the work for you. So I find magnetic marketing fascinating. I find electromagnetic marketing fascinating. I've done all the regular marketing. I understand all that stuff. The email marketing, the open rates, the conversion. I'm not saying you don't need to have messaging and all that.

We're gonna talk about that in the summer. This summer is gonna encapsulate a lot of cool themes. It's like a theme within a theme, and we'll talk about that next week. And I just wanted to share that with you because I already have a lot of the episodes. I wouldn't say they're done, but they're, some of them are done, some of them are kind of like in progress, but a lot of the ones for like the next couple of weeks to a month are done.

And that's just because my priorities are my garden and onboarding my clients. And so that's just being smart, that's being strategic, right? I pull back the hood a lot in this brand on what people actually do versus what people pretend they do. Like people pretend they're creating content in real time.

When it's all batched ahead of time, it's like, who are you kidding? Like, at least to me, I can see right through that shit. Maybe because I've been doing this for so long.

I'm like, what? But anyway, my point is, is that I am so excited about all the episodes I've already done that I wanna release them all now. And I was like. That feels very much like, you know, kid who wants to like open up all this. You know, like sometimes parents, , I don't celebrate Christmas because of my background, but a lot of people celebrate Christmas and they are like, you know,

background that made me sound like I'm a criminal, , my, my ethnic background. Um, so, but some people, like sometimes parents will say, you can open up one present, you know, Christmas Eve, and then you have to wait till Christmas morning, and the kid's like so excited. He wants to open up all the presents.

That's kinda how I feel about the podcast I've done. So that matters more than whether or not anybody likes them. I mean, I try to make val them valuable. I hope you like them. I love feedback from you guys. Fan mail reviews. I left instructions on every single . Episode should have some type of instruction on how to leave a review.

I found this quick one minute video on YouTube while putting them in all the show notes in case it's not obvious to folks. Apple is the way to do that. By the way, just for a number of reasons. I'm not gonna get into, and I can't see international reviews, but I think it's still bumps up the number count.

So I can see three reviews, but it says seven. I think it's 'cause I can't see the international reviews. For stupid rules. So if you are an international listener, and by the way, this is listened to in almost 40 countries. If you are an international listener, I appreciate you. I see you, I feel you, and I apologize that I can't see the review, so maybe drop fan mail in.

I think that might work instead. But any love that's been provided, I really appreciate that. That is what actually helps this podcast grow and I really want to acknowledge and appreciate the people who take the time to do that.

'cause it literally takes one minute and it says you appreciate. What I'm providing, which by the way, I'm dropping really powerful content this summer that's already been done. I mean, I'm gonna tailor it to my ideal client who's been coming to me.

I. Because that's who I'm speaking to as this podcast goes. That's called business, but it's gonna be stuff that I hope everyone takes something away from. I'm a five line. My goal is that no matter what I get on the mic, you take one piece of insight content, take away something that you can use to advance your business forward, your life forward, you make you think differently, makes you filter other people differently.

It makes you see nature in a different way. Whatever makes you think about your path in a different way makes you. Take one step forward on your journey in a different way. That is the objective every time I get on this mic, but I also gotta make it fun for me. And so that's what I'm gonna be doing. And what I love about it is organically fell into my lap.

And that's what I mean by I use signs, symbols, numerology, astrology, divine communication. I use it all. Nature cycles. I'm channel of rhythm. I have a Taurus Moon. . My ruling planet is in cancer, which is ruled by the moon. I literally work in sync with every aspect of the elements and everything I do.

Sometimes I share it with you, sometimes I won't. , And that to me is more interesting that someone who's like just knows human design and talks about human design every single episode. And that's like, you know, I heard something, I'll just say I heard someone who's a human design informed coach, and she said like, I don't even know astrology.

She's like, I'm not an astrologist. And I'm like, that's not a flex. So you're like flexing on the fact that you use a system where one of the four foundational pillars is astrology and you're flexing on the fact that you have no fucking idea what that means, as if that makes you more sophisticated. Sorry.

It doesn't, at least to me, but people are simple, so maybe it does to her target audience, but to me it sounds dumb. But anyway, , that's all I had to say. This wasn't meant to be a Friday rant, Venus centered Taurus today. , I don't know what time she enters Taurus.

Venus is, and Aries before she enters Taurus. So maybe Venus and Aries on her day. Fridays is Venus' Day rna. , Wanted to get a little last bit of fire in. And with that I'm going to leave a little piece of love I got from somebody on Threads just now. That's why I'm bringing it in.

And she said. I've been wanting to tell you this for a while, but I love your tone of voice. You're so fucking dangerous and uncomfortable in the best way possible. I can't think of a better compliment to a five line who's got Pluto on her north node. And if you don't know what it means, then when I do an astrology deep dive later in the summer, I'm gonna be using me as an example.

I will explain what that means. It's a powerful placement. It's not for the faint of heart. It's one of my clients, called me pillow with the knife's edge, in the best way possible. And I loved that so much. I actually put it into the description of this podcast. So there it is. Happy Friday.

Before I let you go, some things to make this actionable for you, one of them is an audit. What is something that you are genuinely excited about in your business right now? Even if it doesn't make sense, I. Strategically, it could be some content you're creating. It could be creative stuff you do.

It could be anything you're doing, anything related to your project right now, what genuinely light you up and is exciting and you're maybe not spending as much time on it as you should because you think that it's gonna take away from more important things. That's a bit of an audit I want you to do this week, and the other one is.

Some pattern recognition. Think back to times where you got opportunities. It could be clients, it could be other opportunities that led to great things, and they just landed in your lap. You weren't trying to do anything. They just kind of showed up. And you are existing. You are being yourself. You are doing what makes you, you and the world.

And the world was responding to you. Think about a time that that might have happened. And then also, you know, like I said, do an audit of where are you editing joy out of the things that you do do out of logic.
