Clarity is just a key. To the next chapter of the journey, clarity is not the destination,

 

Hey everyone. Welcome back to Clear Signal. Today we're gonna talk about clarity. How could we not talk about clarity on 1 1, 1? If you don't know, clarity is associated with one, because clarity is associated with the next step. Clarity is not the path, which is where people go wrong. Clarity is not the whole plan.

Clarity is just the next move. So. Something that you should be aware of if you're newer to the podcast is in season one, one's finale. It was supposed to be episode 40, and the whole notion was that four is a foundation, and so we were ending season one with a solid foundation. Four is associated with foundations and that's gonna be important for an episode that might air in the future on.

31 13. There's a lot of 31 and thirteens. In my podcast history. There's even a podcast episode dedicated to 13 and 31, and that has to do with this notion of foundations. So that's a little bit of backstory. So in true 1 1, 1 fashion, and in true to the thematic arc of season two, we are going backwards to go forwards.

And , 1, 1 1 has a big deal in spiritual circles and spiritual numerology. There has an old episode on here, I'll link it below. It was originally titled 1111. That name has changed, but it has to do with meeting a snake on 1111 and 11. 11 is also a foundation that also adds up to four. And so she kind of started this whole brand and.

I talked about about that on a recent podcast I just did, and that podcast is actually on my feed. It's the latest episode that's an hour long podcast interview, and I started channeling outside during a 1 1 1 portal during like the 2, 2, 2, 1, 1 1. There was a whole thing. And finally I birthed this whole thing in a office on Route 1, 1 1.

So many layers to this story, we're not gonna belabor it, but you can feel that energy, right? This year is different and so clarity. I had told you in that season one finale, I would give you guys a bite-size way to get clarity with me in 2026. I've not forgotten about that and I'm just letting that breathe.

Something has dropped in right now. I am unofficially calling it Clarity Key and I'll announce that soon. It's what I said there, a bite-sized way to get clarity with me in 2026. Clarity is the next step on the journey. And so that key turns the door, right? It gets you into the next level of the video game.

Clarity has become a buzzword in the personal development space, and I think it's because it's like ai. I don't know. I've been served like 15 Facebook ads in the last like hour it feels like from coaches, probably my algorithm about clarity, clarity's cash. No more confusion. It's clarity. No more chaos.

It's clarity. And the episode that I just alluded to with Danielle, one of the things she had said, and one of the reasons she brought me on the podcast was an exchange we had on social media. And she was like, , you have this way of hitting people with this precise insight at the time.

They need to hear it. That's clarity. It's surgical, and my clients call it psychic surgery. I call it psychic surgery, and that's my mercury. Mercury is in astrology. Kinda the precise, especially in Virgo, which is the sign of precision. It's that important like. Shoot through the eyes and that's gonna be important for a future episode.

That kind of was an unofficial part two to this. It has to do with Virgo and Clarity and Mercury and all that. So all you need to know is that those signs and those planets have to do with precision. And there are other aspects of my chart that have to do with being psychic and being spiritual and intuitive.

And I use that in with, along with my advisory work. But that's really on the point. The point is, is that mercury is precision. So, where's my Mercury? It's on Gate 64. What is Gate 64? In the body graph, it is known as confusion to clarity. Literally, that is what that gate is. Confusion to clarity. So that's the definition of the gate, and that's kinda what I'm here to deliver to my people.

So a lot of my marketing is gonna have that, and I'm less focused right now in the fact that everybody says that. But hey, you know, we'll see how 2026 goes. And the reason I'm calling it Clarity Key is it's an entry point into my world. Because what happens is people get, in my world. Through the podcast, through a referral, through some other thing, astrology readings and other spiritual readings.

When I used to do that, and they're like, whoa, this is different. Right? And they kind of find themselves in this Alice in Wonderland lair and. They kind of feel more reoriented as well as like, oh, I see differently now like a woman. I just did something that will probably become clarity Key. Said, you know, it was a single session.

She said I felt confused and annoyed before, and she loved how I just kept it straight to an issue that no one else seemed to dial in with precision. It was no bullshit. And afterwards she's feeling a lot more clear and enthusiastic. Well, that's clarity, right? Greater self alignment key to the next chapter.

And when you have that, you still take action. You're still building the thing, you're still navigating all the challenges. But think about that in an hour, right? That is what I'm gonna be doing in clarity key, something similar to that format. More to come on that. And that's a piece of what I do in quantum shift.

Clarity key is not gonna be like quantum shift light, right? Quantum shift is alchemical advisory. It's a different level. But basically she dialed in on that thing, which is speaking directly to an issue that nobody else seems to dial in on. That's the point, and that's what you're gonna get in any testimonial that you see on video written, astrological, human design, business advisory, it's disability.

Be surgical and be like, here's what you need to know. Here's what's not working. No bullshit, no fluff. And that's just my way. It's one of the things I said in a prior episode, a couple episodes, I said, I am like this plumber. Right? That's what a plumber does. They don't really explain to you at the time what they're doing.

Sometimes they do and they just do it. And so it's not really for people who wanna learn human design or do any of those things. We don't learn human design and quantum shift. Um, you know, it's about a bigger system I'm building that I bring in all of my tools because I have multiple tools. So why would I use one?

So speaking of flow, and speaking of going with the flow in the season finale, which was supposed to be the season finale, we had an episode drop in afterwards by mistake.

I had already programmed them, forgot about them, and they dropped in and it was all good. It had to do with gardening and sacral response. People loved those episodes and I made this comment like jokingly, like, I'm out here playing checkers. And the universe is out here playing chess. And the notion of this was this Virgo Pisces Axes, because Virgo is control and Pisces is let go and let Spirit.

And I was, you know, when the episode dropped by mistake, I was gonna pull it back and this and that. And then I got like this email that morning from a client was like, I love this episode. So I let it go. And then it just, it fit really well into the thematic arc of what I was trying to demonstrate, which is this notion of.

Kind of sacred chaos or order through chaos, which is what shit's just happening and you go with the flow and how much better for me to demonstrate it in real time than to like speak to you from like some methodological framework that is of no use to you. Right? So Virgo is precision. Pisces is go with the flow and surrender, and that's the whole notion of this Virgo Pisces axes we're in right now.

I'd actually been working on a spreadsheet that morning. When that episode dropped in by mistake, and it was kind of like a, a giggle from the universe and it was fun. And so we come full circle to that because in that episode I've been like, you know, people enter my magical layer and they don't know where they are in this magical castle.

And that's kind of what I mean about the Alice Wonderland and the clarity key. So when I create clarity with folks and what this podcast is about is clarity is not this mental process. That is the point of this episode, creating certain conditions where I remove noise from the equation and then the clarity drops in.

That's what embodied clarity is. People think of clarity as a mental thing, and you can get clarity by having a sounding board with someone or talking things out with a friend or being in a peer circle, and that's useful. But that's not what I'm talking about. I'm talking about embodied clarity. I'm talking about a knowing in yourself of like, this is what I'm supposed to be doing.

This is the direction, this is the next step. There's no waffling, there's no question. You just are, and you're different and embodied. Clarity comes from your body. It comes from an energetic recalibration, which is what I do right now. Quantum shift is there for people who want it. You know, not for people who need to understand it because what is energetic recalibration, you either are like, oh, that makes sense, or you're like, what the fuck is that?

So quantum shift right now requires a conversation, different level investment than my single sessions. Um, and all of that. That's why I'm doing something entry level, my entry level work, which is clarity key. You do not have to be a business owner. You just have to be at a point of decision, and that is gonna be focused on reorientation and making sure that if you're at a choice point, you're navigating that choice point with clarity and making sure that you're navigating that choice point without noise.

Right? I know client rocks for me yesterday and she said, wow, I can't believe all the amazing things that are happening. I'm so clear. Her and she was so unclear when we first started. She was so all over the place when we first started, and basically what I told her and what's happening to her with this clarity and all the amazing opportunities that are dropping in is that, you know, what

we've done is we've removed noise,

we have recalibrated, you.

So that you're the author of your life, so that you are now not getting stuck at the ground floor turbulence level because of noise. You're seeing things from a bigger perspective, and when you're seeing things from a bigger perspective, you're making decisions from a bigger perspective and those result of those decisions, and as a result of you being turned on and tapped in because of those decisions, things are happening.

If you understand anything about the sacral response, you know what that means. And if not, there's an episode I do about, I think it has OnlyFans in the title. I will link it in the show notes so you can understand a little bit what I mean about that. So, um,

by the way, this person recorded a case study with me, a video case study, and that'll be coming soon. She's been a long-term client, so we've done a lot of work since then. But something you're gonna see is that my website, my case studies and all of that are gonna come when they're gonna come. I'm in no rush.

I'm just working right now through Resonance, which is something I talk about in the Bees episode, and that was last summer. So. I'll link the episode on OnlyFans below, and you can find the Bees episode if you like. But this notion of magnetism is what you need to know. Resonance sales and messaging are changing, and they're more based on resonance and they aren't.

All these tactics, tactics come secondary. I am very intentional with everything I do in my work and other people's work, right? So I'm in a rush. This is a one year I'm setting myself up to win intentionally, and that's what I set my clients up to do. Clarity builds intention. Intention build, foundation.

Foundation is that when you set the tactics on top of the foundation, you win. So aligned gold is my brand. I've changed my brand to aligned gold I believe last summer, and I haven't introduced it really yet. I will introduce it in the spring. But what you need to know is that gold is not the fastest conductor of signal.

It is the most reliable. So I set people up to win. And what I'm here to do is I'm a precision strategist and alchemical advisor, so it's not about me coaching you. Forever. I mean, I have people work with me on retainer after Quantum Shift, but it's a different level of support. It's not handholding. It's not about me driving you.

You're recalibrated, you're embodied now, you're the author. Saturn is authority. Saturn is author, and it's priorities so you know what your priorities are. And so you are the author of your life is what I just said. Now, I'd already recorded this podcast. This podcast was already meant to go because it was one 11.

I had no choice, so I had to drop it in. But I actually got a review from a client this today, and I wanna read it because I think it signifies a lot of what I do and what a lot of aligned gold stands for. She said Sunni is incredible. And if you read some of my testimonials, you would think I paid people to say, and it's because I bring out the gold in them and they're excited.

That's what it's, um, oh, she said her ability to catalyze breakthroughs is. Unmatched. And so this is what you do when you're in alignment. You attract the right clients to you. You attract people out of re I attracted this client just from the podcast. I didn't do anything. This podcast has been in beta for like a year.

I'm like, I'm gonna get to it when I get to it. This is how it works. I didn't have to do anything bullshit. I didn't have to like dance around on social media, be someone I'm not. That's how this person found me. No social proof, no website. I mean, I still don't have a website. It's gonna come when it comes.

And proof is in the pudding, right? This is what resident based marketing is. In my world, when you're in alignment, starts with you being you. And the second layer is values, which we're gonna get to in a future piece of content. You do business in line with your values, you do business in line with your residents.

That's an non-starter. And then the things come second. Too many people out here are trying to focus on what somebody else is trying to tell them to do, and they're forgetting about the basics, right? And one of the things about having a formal business background. I've been in marketing and business for 25 years.

It's built into my DNA, right? These are non-starters in my world. Positioning, understanding your client core messaging. It's built into who I am because that's brass tax business. And that's what I was saying. You got all these people selling you all this bullshit, and you know, if you're just a high ticket coach selling other coaches on high ticket coaching, that's a model, right?

That's a business model. That's not a formula, and that's not based on anything. Right, that's selling something. But my people are doing all that. And first of all, I'm not selling that. And also like that's a complete different, that's a specific business model, right? My people are doing all different kinds of things.

They're building new paradigm tools. They're changing industries. They're building systems. They're selling things that people don't quite understand. They're on the leading edge. They're changing industries. There is no model for that. So if there's a model for that and you're not doing some Ponzi ski model that's really played out in the new era, and no one's buying that shit anywhere anyway, I hope you're building something different, then you're gonna have to do it your way.

And part of it doing your way is first understanding who the fuck you are and who you serve. And that starts with alignment and resonance. That's what I was talking about in Misfit Manifesto. Misfit Manifesto was an episode. I will drop that below as well. Misfit Manifesto. Was kind of like the season one finale and I was a little bit, very three line.

Three line means I was taking you through my process in real time versus like the nugget from afar, which is the five line, which is my brand. That was like, Hey, I'm building something my way. I'm doing it my way. This podcast is not conventional. I don't care. Here's the lessons I've learned. Let me teach you what I did.

That was Misfit manifesto and the whole point was building something new your way. Right. The people I'm working with, they're building something that's kind of, you know, on the edge of the next, it's bridging world. It's not what you'd call necessarily new Earth. I don't even know what that means, but it's something that you'd call new paradigm.

And you know, there aren't, there are spiritual beings. Having a human experience and they recognize that they don't shy away from that. But they're also like not selling spiritual things. They're in the business world. They just are a spiritual person. That's why I bring in all of these tools and vocabulary and language into my podcast.

'cause if that makes you uncomfortable or you're like, well, that's the woo people, and I am a strategist, then you're not the person for me. And if you're not the person for me, why are you on my podcast? Like this is what I'm talking about. You ha. You have to be okay with repelling people if you want to attract people unapologetically.

You know, I, when I bring in my spiritual tools, I bring it with an MBA, an engineering background, a master's in functional medicine, 20 years in business, 15 years as an entrepreneur. I'm doing it in a grounded way, I hope. Speaking of grounding. Too many entrepreneurs get grounded in turbulence on the base level.

And that's what I was trying to explain to my client in the Voxer. I'm like, all we did is we removed all the turbulence around you, so now you're flying. 'cause she felt like she was flying and I'm like, you're flying now because you are not stuck in all this nonsense. And now we, you know, we've tuned you into your life force current, essentially.

Right. What is the current, what is the, what is the air current that keeps that plane up and keeps that plane rising? It's the current. The OUI principle, if you will, to get geeky, right? So this sounds out there, but this is how it works. I said, we recalibrated you. We reoriented you. That's what I do in quantum shift.

It's recalibration and reorientation somewhat in that order, and then now you're in an attunement phase, and that's what my quantum shift retainers are. They're attunement. You are magnetizing the opportunities they seemingly are falling out of the sky. Let's continue to use this pun, but they're not. We just attuned you to be in the life force current of them, in the path of them, right?

That's what clarity is. Clarity is creating the conditions for clarity. If you're flying and all of a sudden you can't see, there's all this fog, you remove the fog, well now you can see magically you didn't change. The conditions changed. So it's not this magical process. It's meeting someone where they are reconfiguring their altitude and they're seeing things from a bigger perspective.

Right? And that's what I was sharing in the Misfit Manifesto episode, and that's what I was sharing and demonstrating when that episode dropped in by mistake. And I was like, oh, we'll just figure it out. We'll just do this. Boom, boom, I'm done. That's what entrepreneurship is. That's what I pride myself on.

I can navigate chaos. , And that's why clients come to me. 'cause they're like, you don't need to have this packaged framework to work with me. You don't need me to be in this X, Y, Z. We take you where you are and then we work with that. Not everybody can do that. And I didn't realize that not everybody could do that until people came to me and they said, I work with this coach.

They wanted me to follow this process, these forms, these whatever, this framework. And when I didn't fit that, they didn't know what to do with me. I'm like, what the fuck is the point of that? That seems like a giant waste of time. So I know I'm talking in a lot of puzzles here. Language is changing. And in the future, things like psychic surgery and energetic recalibration and attunement and resonance are gonna sound a lot less cray kray.

But right now that's what I got for you. , And when is that gonna happen? That's gonna happen when Uranus goes into Gemini, which is going to be in the spring. And what is Uranus? The sky, God, what is Aquarius? Seeing things from a bigger perspective. We get stuck on the ground floor. As humans, we try to make choices from that ground floor how much more useful it is when we can see the bigger picture and we can make choices from there.

I took a lot of my stuff when I was trying to figure out, when I talk about what I talk about and I put it into AI and it called me a cosmic air traffic controller. It said, you help leaders make decisions that serve the bigger picture, right? So they're acting from that place. So when Danielle and I talked, she's like, well, you help businesses, restructure and reorient themselves. So they're stepping into themselves with greater confidence,

and that's what you're gonna hear in my case studies, and that's what you're gonna hear in what people say. It's that they have stepped into a place of greater power within themselves, greater alignment, greater power, greater confidence. . And then I act as a clarity architect for them. Another buzzword, which will become, makes sense soon, right?

That's a bigger conversation and that's about ensuring that the attunement stays and that they're continuing to make decisions in line with the bigger vision and the bigger path. They're staying calibrated and we're keeping structural clarity around what they're moving towards. It's hard to describe.

It's not business coaching. It is, but it's not. But it is. But it's not, and what I said before is I don't think the world needs more business coaches. Sorry, not sorry. I'm not a business coach. I'm not putting them down. , But I also don't think a business coach is a business advisor. I just did a podcast on a coach is not a mentor, and I said that the term business coach is an oxymoron to me, you have to understand that the business world outside of the Instagram world, the whole term business coach doesn't exist.

And I explain why I feel that way, and it's a controversial statement and I've got a couple of controversial podcasts coming up. They recorded in the fall, they'll drop when and if they do, you know, we're going with the flow. And this whole year is about going with the flow, which is what we talk about a little bit more in quote part two.

It's not officially part two. It's not gonna drop in right after this, but it's recorded at the same time and so it's part of it, right? That is a much deeper chat. In a true backwards to go forward moment when this podcast had a little bit more of a spiritual arc to it, where we talk about like astrology and the tarot and.

The numerology and the Virgo Pisces Axis and how that relates to business and all that. So I wanted to just get outta the gate early in 2026, while we're still in the first month and we're in the 1 1 1. While clarity is a buzzword of 2026, I wanted to talk about clarity in a different way because clarity has become such a buzzword this year and you're gonna hear it so much, so much.

And I want you to remember that clarity is not a mental thing. It is, but it's not. Clarity is when you remove distraction and you remove noise, you allow clarity to drop in. If you're trapped in noise, you cannot allow the clarity to drop in. And that's what I see. Certain clients are just really trapped in noise.

Some people are gonna be more trapped in noise than others based on their configuration from influence, from external whatever. Past conditioning. There's so many layers to this. Our own mindsets and beliefs, which are real. That's part of it. But the difference between human design and traditional mindset coaching is that it's not just your belief system,

belief system is important, but they're separate. They're not the same thing, and that's where human design gets a little bit different. That's where the notion of deconditioning comes in. I did a quick video on YouTube on what deconditioning is. I think it's like five minutes and what it is and what it's not, and how that relates to human design and how that makes it different than mindset coaching and belief training.

I will link that below. Deconditioning is one aspect. There's also the childhood, there's, you know, all of the other things. We've got all the other layers. I'm not a therapist, I'm not a mindset coach. So the psychic surgery is alchemy. It's not changing your beliefs. It's that you're different in an hour through recalibration.

I don't even know what to say because it sounds cray. I said this on Danielle's podcast. I said, I'm the one doing this work, and I'm wowed and fascinated. I mean, it is like I hope I'm still wowed and fascinated as I continue to do this, right? , I work right now in an intensive way with folks. That's not gonna last forever.

I'm building out a bigger system. And I'm building out something based on the bigger picture. What's the bigger picture here? Everyone I am working with has a bigger vision for what they're looking to do. And then we bring it down to earth. , What do you need to know right now to make that happen?

More to come with case studies and other things. As I start this, spread the message of what I'm working on with more people. , I'm building this intentionally, like I said, . And I think in the Pisces Virgo episode I mentioned, you know how I kept this tribal, meaning I kept this podcast small who keeps a podcast small for almost two years.

Who does that? I did that. I build my way. , And . The episode that I mentioned also about the, , 31 and 13 that has to do with, , building a foundation your way. And there are all these little Easter eggs I dropped in about season one or in season one, I should say.

That's where it's at. . This podcast has been tribal. By keeping it tribal, I can have podcasts like this where I offer things in real time like this.

Obviously, eventually that won't work. But for now, I've kept my world small, and by keeping my world small, I am able to ensure that I am creating solutions for what my tribe needs. Going back to the episode I did on the profile lines.

Your business is not your profile or something like that. That'll explain what I mean by that. As things change, expand, and as things expand, things change, and that's the year we're in. We're in a very unpredictable time. We're in a very unpredictable year, but we're also in a very intentional year.

So it's an interesting energy that we find ourselves in.
