Hey everyone. Welcome back to Clear Signal. Today's a quick episode just to say hello since it's been a minute and I just wanted to wish you a happy Neptune moving into Aries Day. Very powerful day and. Astrologers say that a lot. This kind of is a big deal. I did a series of episodes about this and the power of Neptune and Saturn moving into Aries and what it means for business because Saturn is a planet associated with business that's gonna be happening in about three weeks, less than three weeks.

So I will link those in the show notes. I've been a little bit gone because January has been an interesting month with a lot happening, setting up a lot of things energetically and intentionally for the new year, and it took me a little longer to recover from illness than I had planned. So I happened to just listen to the episode.

I did. Might have been the first episode of 2026 or it was. The last episode of 2025 and I sounded pretty bad. It sounded really nasally and a lot of the episodes I recorded since then, I didn't really like the way that I sounded. , It was the sickest I've been in a long time. It took me a solid three weeks to recover and I spent most of that on my back.

So I've been digging out and I had a lot of podcasts I promised and things I wanted to do, and I really wanted to get back into a rhythm of a podcast. Sooner rather than later. And I was promising Tuesday, Friday, I said, we're gonna have all these interviews and , I don't know why I did that. I think I was just trying to be a little bit too aggressive and part of it I had these shoulds around, I need to have a consistent podcast and you need to have a consistent podcast to grow.

Podcasting is unfortunately a, not a very forgiving medium in that way, but. To be frank, I haven't really actually officially , launched this podcast. , Like I said, I ran it in beta for close to two years, and I plan to launch it like , officially, like properly in May. And the first real episode of the first version of this podcast was the aligned CEO, which actually did release in May of 2024.

So it'll be almost. Two years, but we will be a more consistent in March, not in February, just because February is a very interesting month. If you are someone who follows energies at all, you've listened to my, any of my prior content, you know that February of 2026 is very insane. Um but I am working with folks on Reality Check, which is my new offer that I just.

Allowed to drop in this weekend so much that I just put acal.com, I put it on the link tree. It doesn't even have a proper sales page. So it says, book a random time and then I'll email you a proper calendar link because . I haven't even thought about like when I wanna offer that in February. I just wanted to get it out there.

And that's the Neptune and Aries energy. Neptune and Aries is take messy action. Neptune is known for being messy. Neptune is not about the plan, Saturn's about the plan, and Saturn comes in a few weeks, but Neptune's , eh, screw it. Let's just do it. , I would encourage you to have that philosophy as we move forward.

And I think that's the philosophy. The entrepreneur is take messy action. People say that a lot. It's kind of like a. In ISM people say and how much you feel comfortable taking messy action is up to you. But tools have changed and we can be a lot more flexible and fluid than we think we can.

So there are ways you launch a podcast. I did none of those. I did the opposite of everything. I don't have SEO optimized show notes or keywords, which means no one's finding this. People are finding this randomly through the most random. I looked at my analytics. Through the web satellite apps like Audible and small distribution, they're not finding it on Apple and Spotify because there's too much competition there.

If your SEO isn't dialed in, no one's gonna find you and podcast. SEO sucks anyway. You really need to have a website and you need to be on the somewhere with their stuff, which is what's coming. I just bought the domain for the podcast last night, so we're move in. Move and move. So you don't really care about my business backend, but I just wanted to come on and share that with you because I feel bad that I had alluded to a number of episodes that would be coming.

I alluded to a cadence would be doing, and we're not doing that, and it's not typical for me to do that. I'm a Virgo. Pretty precise in the things I do, and I'm a defined heart. And if you don't know what the defined heart is, the heart is a center of commitment. And we talked about this in the summer. So why am I using this mini episode that will not be edited in any way, shape, or form to come back?

Well, it's to let you know about reality check. It is on my link tree right now. I'll be announcing it officially in an episode that's gonna drop probably Wednesday, maybe Tuesday. Maybe tomorrow. And that episode was supposed to drop Friday morning. But then, I live in New England and I had a lot to take care of with the snow.

And , there were just some more important things to take care of because I was not sure if I was gonna lose power. So I had some other priorities other than a podcast, but that'll drop in. And that's when I formally introduced reality Check in what it is. And that's my in the door offer right now. If quantum shift is not a fit or you're not ready for quantum shift or you maybe not need quantum shift, some people just come to me 'cause they're at a pivot point.

They need an answer and they're on their way. , So one of the things that I had alluded to in the past is circuitry. And I had done an episode on circuitry. It was a very back of the envelope episode. It dropped on. Fall Equinox when the weather looked very different than it does outside.

It was a casual chat. I was walking, I was on my phone. And the reason I dropped in that episode is because I felt obligated. I told folks I was gonna come back and I was like, I need to drop it in episode. And I wasn't really wanting to come back. , If you don't know, I've been closing out another company as I've been building this, so this hasn't been my full-time thing.

So I. Am juggling a number of things that I'm not doing a really great job of it. I'm a pure generator and I haven't been honoring my mechanics, but this is important. This is about circuitry and it's about what's happening today and it's a little excuse for me to come back and give you a quick chat.

Circuitry is part of the control panel of human design. It is not talked enough about and it is so important. People do not talk about it because people talk about profile, which I've done, and they talk about type, you're a generator, you're a manifesting generator, and using a mix and match of those in social media is what gets people in the door.

People pay attention. People know what that is. Then people get people on an email list or whatever, or. And so people are simple and they like that little formula. Okay, I'm a four six generator. This means this. I'm a two four projector. This means this. And rinse and repeat with the surface level shit on threads and Instagram.

Those are the worst culprits. I don't know what else. Probably YouTube as well. So you know when you get into building a business around human design and using it correctly in terms of the vehicles that are gonna be good for you, the business models that are gonna be good for you, the offers, , that's where circuitry becomes really, really important.

But let's go up a notch beyond that because the reason people don't utilize that is you can't make a generic statement. People love generic statements, but I will give you a generic statement here, and this is more of a definition than a generic statement. It's that there are three types of circuitry, tribal, collective, and individual.

There's nuance within that. There's subbranches in there. But as a general rule, collective means you're here to broadcast to a larger audience. If you're someone who's prone to having a YouTube, a podcast, you wanna be on stage. Last stage is small scale, unless it's like you're famous, but you have a bigger message, you have the energy to do a collective platform on a regular basis.

That is generally collective circuitry. You have a desire to play on a bigger level, and it doesn't mean that you play small. If you're doing individual, you can have a high ticket advisory with three people. That's $300,000 per person. That's not about playing small, it's just what is gonna be valuable and rewarding to you.

Tribal based circuitry is you're gonna have a little bit more of an intimate, you might do a little bit more. One-to-one, not necessarily one-to-one, but high touch. , People have a very high touch feel for me. You feel like you know me. The people who hire me, , they're like, I feel like I've known you my whole life, that's what they've said.

When they work with me or you listen to me or you're like, oh, you'd be friends. We'd be friends if you were in my town. , That's tribal. It's like there's this connection that's hard to articulate. That is not quite collective. It's not quite one-to-one. It's kind of in the middle. It's like, I got your back.

You got my back. And the thing about tribal circuitry, especially the kind of circuitry I have, which is my son Earth, which is based in the heart center, is that, , it's very much, if I commit to you, my word is your my want. It is like I will do what I say or else. That episode was kind of good.

If I find it on my phone, I might have deleted it. It was pretty decent. It explained some stuff well, but I got perfectionist about it and took it down. But the bottom line is I didn't want an imperfect podcast on here that was casual on my phone. I wanted this to be professional and I did it because I felt like I should come back and I didn't like the fact that I did it out of obligation.

That's why I took it down. So the thing about the tribe is you are obligated to the tribe. And in business, the tribe is more like You paid me, I paid you. I don't care if you paid me a dollar. I don't care if you pay me $3. I don't care if you pay me $3,000. It's not about the money. It's about reciprocity, and that's why I always read out podcast reviews On here.

I always call out people. My other podcast, I had to buy me a coffee for a second and like one person did a buy me a coffee and I literally like called her out. Tribal people are very I got your back. You got my back. And we're very aware of people who have our back and it's not a tit for tat, it's wiring.

And then you're gonna, you're human first. Then you're gonna extrapolate to a business model offers membership or not, or this or that. It's not the same thing as profile people get tribal in the four line, confused. It's not the same thing. We talk about that a little bit next time. And then individual as you empower others, individuals, you do your own thing and you empower, and you're gonna have a mix and match of circuitry.

You're gonna have a dominant circuit, but you're gonna have a mix and match. You're gonna have a mix and match of channels, so there's no. Formula. And so people don't talk about this enough 'cause there's no formula to be like, this is the way you sell. And honestly, you have to understand human design pretty well to understand this stuff.

And people are pretty surface. And to be honest, I'm the opposite, obviously. I'm. If you listen to me, I'm not your surface person. I come from this from an engineering background. I come from this from an operations research and industrial engineering background that is optimizing process flow through a system.

It is optimizing decisions based on energy mechanics and so what is wiring? It's that so. I was way into the mechanics of circuitry. Well before I was like interested in type. I think type is amateur hour and if you understand how, what makes a person a type, it's just the mix and match of centris they have.

The only thing that differentiates a projector, a manifestor, a sacral being I, let's call 'em a generator and a reflector, is the lack of defined centers or not. A reflector has no center defined, so they're easy, and then you mix and match that criteria.

And I have a, series on my YouTube channel. I'm aligned gold everywhere. That's Instagram threads, substack, YouTube eventually.com, and I'll figure out where those is gonna be my primary, but you'll find me there everywhere. , And so I have a series on my YouTube channel that's about all the Aura types.

I don't have manifesting generator on there. It's on my phone. It's been on my phone for about two years. Maybe it'll get up there. But, , you know, manifesting generator is just a subset of. Generator and I have a whole series on here talking about manifesting generator. They're unique, but they're, they're not considered a separate full type.

They're like an asterisk. They operate in the same way as a generator. Although marketing and all this has taught them that they, they're initiators, they're a, or they're not. I have an episode about that on the feed. You can take a listen. I think it's about when I got kicked out of a human design group.

So why do you care about this? So circuitry is where you're, you are connected by bridges.

If you've ever lived in the Bay Area, you know the bay, you've got like the North Bay, the South Bay, the East Bay, and then you've got San Francisco. They're all connected by a bridge. And you take out those bridges, well then they're islands and there's no way to get to them. Circuitry is kind of like that.

You've got bridges through your body and. People are gonna have a mix and match of those bridges. And those mix and match of bridges are gonna have a big impact on how energy flows. Because if the energy can get across the bridge, well that's different than if the energy can't get across the bridge.

Okay, you've got that background. I am in a unique configuration that normally I'm an 11, I've got all my energy on one side of the island, or I've got all my energy on the other side of the island, and normally there's no bridge. Or if there's a bridge that's temporary, maybe it's the person behind me in Starbucks has the gate that's got that bridge.

Maybe I'm talking to my friend who has that bridge. Maybe I am in the energy at the library next to the guy because my energy wanted to be connected to the moment. And when the energy is connected, I'm more efficient. I can make decisions faster, I can move more. I've got motors connected that aren't normally connected.

I might have more energy and all this. Again, think of this as energy mechanics without all the dog. Well, let's just go back to energy mechanics. So understanding that. Understanding what circuitry is, understanding what bridges are. Now I'm going to explain why I came back on here. I am normally shaped like an 11.

All my energy's on one side of the aisle or the other side of the aisle, and I currently have a very long term bridge that makes me look like an H. And that H bridge is where Neptune is sitting right now. And we all know what a big deal today is. Big deal. Neptune is switching from Pisces to Aries.

Be here for 13 years. So talked about it on the feed. They're labeled. And so that is happening today. At the time you hear this, it may or may not have happened, depending on your time zone.

It's today, big day. That's a big deal because Neptune is sitting at Gate 25 and Neptune will be switching from Pisces, which is the last sign of the Zodiac into Aries, which is the first sign of the Zodiac. The cusp of those two energies, gate 25. So from a collective perspective, from a societal perspective, that is implications.

I don't focus as much on the gates. Some people are really into the gates, like the sun is transiting gate 21. It means this, for example. The episode drop in later this week. I said I screwed up when Human Design New Year is, I knew that the human design New Year is when the sun moves into areas airy Aquarius and Transits Gates 41.

That was last week, and I still told you it was February 1st, but then I released a whole episode about it and I explained why I screwed it up and that'll drop later this week. The point is that. That gate, I don't care if you call it a Pisces gate, I don't call. If you call it an Aries gate, I looked it up.

I believe it's from 29 degrees of Pisces through three degrees of Aries. That's that gate. So Neptune's gonna be in that gate for a while. And it moves out in April of this year, and then it'll go back into it in retrograde motion and it'll be back and forth. We'll do that dance and that gate on and off for the next two years.

Why do I know this? Because that gate makes me an H instead of an 11. So I better damn know when I'm an H and I'm 11. Why? Because when I'm an H, my tribal side and my collective side are connected when I'm an 11, which is what I natively look like. Tribe is over here, collective is over here.

They are separate, but different. Why is that important? Because as I'm thinking about who am I obligated to, who am I committed to? And I don't mean committed, like yeah, I wanna, I'm committed to the podcast, I wanna do a good job. I say I'm gonna show up every Monday. I wanna grow it. I'm not talk, I'm talking about tribal commitment.

I'm talking about, I tell you I'm coming back, I'm coming back. I tell you I'm dropping an episode on a certain day. It's gonna be on that day. Or else that is tribal circuitry. And that is a dangerous thing to have on a collective platform like a podcast, especially when you're recovering from illness, especially when you've got other priorities.

And that what was getting happening. My wires were literally getting crossed. That's why I came back on the September 21st out of obligation. That's why I was making promise about this date and that date, and I shouldn't have been saying anything. And that's why I didn't commit to it, and that's why I have to come on and explain why I didn't commit.

It's not that I have to explain myself. It's an opportunity for me to give you a universal message about circuitry, about wiring. I wasn't gonna teach wiring in circuitry, but there we did. And make it a cautionary tale that understand that your connections and your bridges are important when you're thinking about who you're committed to and what you're committed to, because.

In this brainwashing of consistency, you have to do a reel every day. You have to show up on Monday, YouTube on every Monday, or they're not. They're gonna forget about you. And if you don't have a podcast every week, you're never gonna grow in this fucking bullshit about the consistency stuff, which is important seasons and reasons.

What game are you playing? Always? Let's not conflate energetic commitment with marketing commitment. And if you don't have tribal circuitry, you're not gonna understand what that means. If you don't have a defined heart, you're not gonna understand what that means. But if you have a defined heart tribal circuit, which I do, you will lay down to your commitments at your own expense.

And so this month I took a step back, I said, no, because there's too much blurring of lines here. And I knew it was happening at the end of the month. And I said, let me take a step back so I can honor what I. Want to focus on instead of being committed to a fake obligation. The takeaway for you is individual, collective tribal.

You have a mix and match of these. Tribal is less common. A lot of my gates where I empower people when people are like, oh my God, like you make me feel like I can take on the world. How did you do that? You're shocking. But also like passionate, inspiring. That's an individual gate. It's not that I'm working with you one-to-one.

That would be tribal. It's that you feel my collective en energy, you may not be me, but you feel that empowerment of like, wow, she doesn't give a fuck and I, that means I don't have to give a fuck. That's individual circuitry. Or it could be like someone who, does a really expressive art and they just do that art and you see that art and you're like, wow, that they really express themselves.

I wanna express myself that way. Like it's, it can be, it's the way they're living their life. It's the way they're doing their thing. That can be inspiring to you potentially. Really depends on so many other factors where that factors in into, you know, there are gonna be certain areas of your chart that are more powerful aspect of how people are attracted to you than others.

Not everything has equal placement. People overcomplicate this and it's complicated. Yes. And both. A little bit of a NEP toney in discussion today of flow. The one I already did was flow because it was planning to be flow. I've got some interviews coming up that are fabulous.
