Mindset Goal: Stay in a place that supports being comfortable in the skin and the body I am in. 

 This is what I’m working on these days. Some days I nail it, other days- epic fail! That’s the truth. In this podcast I get raw and real about my struggle to keep moving towards a life of balance, peace and “healthy”. 

 I am working hard to get to a place of being so proud and absolutely okay with exactly where I am at. Creating and living by a mindset of “Healthy” that works for me…feeds my soul….fuels my body and helps me show up as my best self - that is powerful - and it is entirely on me!

 Embracing my scars, my imperfections and everything about me that makes me….me. 

 Life doesn't stand still and just because something worked in the past doesn’t mean it’s meant to work going forward. Change can be hard because it’s unknown, but new adventures can be incredibly exciting!
