Tough hikes are easier with the right shoes!
For the past 3 summers I've held a summer walking group. We always have the best time! We’ve explored hiking trails around our county, walking paths that are paved and gravel filled and explored neighborhood subdivisions for our walks.
The physical benefits of walking are phenomenal- reduces blood pressure, lowers cortisol levels, improves insulin sensitivity…. channels stress…all the good things we need!
But even more than the health benefits….we always take away more from our walks. Today I’m sharing the top 5 lessons that my walking ladies have taught me the past 3 summers…they are full of wisdom and I decided to share!
