Summer can be a tricky time of year to feel like we're staying on the healthy path. 

We have three months to cram in all of the fun, all of the cookouts, all of the potlucks, all of the trips to the beach and trips up north, all of the camping, all of the festivals, concerts, lake days, ice cream trips…. everything summer. 

Healthy isn’t seasonal - but our lives, routines and habits often are. One of the biggest challenges when building a healthy lifestyle can be mastering long term healthy habits -no matter what season of the year or season of life you are in
