The StressLess Podcast by Total Life Counseling
Welcome to the StressLess Podcast!
After 25 years of experience in mental health counseling bringing hope, health, and healing to individuals just like you, we decided to start a podcast with two goals in mind:
- First, to break down the barriers to mental health education, and make it available to everyone!
- Second, to simply be a tool that serves individuals, marriages, children, and families. We hope that through the practical tips and advice we talk about throughout the podcast, you will have the tools necessary to succeed through your day-to-day struggles.
After being a part of thousands of people's lives and healing, we would love to accompany you in yours, and be a part of your journey!
