Hi Dr Bobby. Love your show. Thank you for the informative sessions on health; I appreciate your science-based approach and I first heard you on The Retirement answer Man. I would like to hear more - for his show or yours -specifics on different exercise methods as we age. One has to balance joint wear and tear with opportunity for muscle increase, and general health, no? ( I started rucking recently with 5 lbs strapped to my waist- I was a runner for many years, so I dont want to wear my joints out). I also bicycle 30 miles/week, do yoga and a little weight lifting . How do joints go bad/ need to be replaced? From underuse, overuse, genetics? Overweight? Thank you!

Great episode on cognitive decline. Really like your use of podcast chapters. - Craig
would love for you to do a follow up episode on drinking too much water.
excellent podcast, I forwarded it to my family and friends
I really enjoyed the show about resilience. You talked about arthritis on the show and I wonder if you might consider a podcast about arthritis. There are different kinds, what are the differences, what are the causes, what can we do about it, what kind of treatments, etc. Love the podcast!
Dr. Bobby, thank you so much for episode 41 and all your episodes! You asked if your listener will eat bacon. I will not. Not because of cancer concerns but for the salt and fat. Hope you are doing well and thanks again.
So good. Really enjoyed this morning while I was on my walk! ♥️
Hello Dr Bobby. It is an honor to know you and follow your podcast. I have a question. What does a runner should do to improve his pace and lose weight at the same time? When I cut my calories, I get slower. Thanks RK.
