I was asked last week, if I could go back to day one of starting my letting agency, what advice would i give myself?
I had to have a think because there are lots but I narrowed it down to seven things I would drill into my own head, because I learned most of them the hard way.
In this episode, I talk honestly about why great service alone won’t grow your portfolio, why systems will always beat superhero mode, and why not every landlord is the right landlord for your agency.
We’ll also cover the importance of proactive communication, protecting your boundaries, becoming visible through consistent marketing and strengthening your processes before trying to scale.
These are practical lessons for letting agency owners who want to grow without creating more chaos, carrying everything themselves or burning out in the process.
