Denise is a speech-language pathologist and has worked with children from preschool to high school with various disabilities for over 20 years. She's also a Lebanese American who speaks four languages and enjoys learning and exploring different cultures. She is a self-love coach who holds in-person self-love workshops for adults and teens in the community. She's the mother of an 18-year-old and a 13-year-old, and she loves spending time with her family, traveling, and talking about self-love. Denise loves clean, organic living and believes that our thoughts create our reality. As with her speech kiddos, Denise is an advocate for early intervention. That's why it's her passion to teach self-love to teenagers to build the foundation for a future filled with purpose, balance, and fulfillment. 

Kira holds a master’s degree in health and nutrition education, is a traditional naturopathic doctor, a board certified hypnotherapist, and has extensive training in functional medicine and holistic modalities. She strongly believes that the body is capable of healing when we can give it the proper tools and remove any obstacles that may be in the way.
