Hello everyone and welcome to your first bonus audio. Um, we are so excited to do this. It was just an idea that came on a whim, and you know, sometimes those are the best things, and we run with them. So um you will be finding a variety of things from Denise and I, from random riffs, which is gonna be today, to meditations to all sorts of little goodies, just things that we can't necessarily fit in a weekly podcast episode. So this allows us to go a little bit deeper. Um, so today I wanted to just touch on fear. We have an episode on fear, um, but this is such a big one because I think people don't realize how much they live their life in fear. So, for instance, I'm actually getting ready to put on a webinar in like 25 minutes. When I first did this, it was beyond petrifying. Like I wanted to vomit. I felt so nauseous during and after. Um, but you know what? If I had not pushed through that fear, wouldn't it come out on the other side? Like now it's nothing. Now I love putting on webinars. I'm like, this is awesome, this is my jam. It doesn't phase me. But see, if we don't push through those fears, we have no idea what is possible for us on the other side. So look at any area of your life, right? Yes, my mind usually goes to physical healing because that's what I deal with, but you can look at relationships, you can look at career, you can look at finances, you can look at anything. Look at an area of your life where you're struggling and just think through, okay, what's one teeny tiny thing I can do that scares the living daylights out of me that's gonna help me achieve whatever that XYZ goal is, and then do the thing. Just do it, move through the fear. Because if we're not doing that, then we're back to that whole idea of groundhog day, right? Like we got an episode on that one too. Stop doing the same shit and expecting different results. It doesn't happen. If you're working from the identity of the person that has X, Y, Z, then you're gonna move through the fear, right? Like I used to tell myself, okay, if my identity is a successful business owner that shows up that has no qualms with public speaking, the little all me in the past that was like absolutely petrified of public speaking, that that doesn't match up. I can't be that new person and still be petrified and still kind of stay on the sideline. So instead, what do I do? I move through the fear and it becomes easier and easier and easier. So today, do the damn thing, whatever it is. Whatever that fearful thing is for you, just do it. And we'll see you on the other side.
