Hey, welcome to our premium content. This is exclusive for you because you chose to go a little bit deeper with us. And to be honest, those are gonna be our deep thoughts. Like right now, I'm driving and I want to talk about fear. What does fear stand for? Fear F-E-A-R stands for false evidence appearing real. It's literally false evidence. It's not true. But we let it run our lives. We let it stop us from making decisions. We let it stop us from setting boundaries. We let it stop us from taking the next step. And then we wonder why is our life the same? Why is every year the same? It's because we are choosing, because remember, it's all about choices. We are choosing to succumb to fear, which is literally not true. And since action only comes from clarity, why don't we just take the action? Feel the fear and do it anyway. I'm not telling you not to feel the fear. Feel it. I feel it. You feel it. Everyone feels we're human beings. We are going to feel the fear and the nervousness. But are we gonna let it stop us, or we are are we gonna let it fuel us and be like, you know what? I'm afraid, I'm gonna do it afraid, but I'm gonna do it anyway. I'm not gonna allow this false evidence, this true, this not this untrue situation thing or whatever, stop me. Take the decision, do it, and then change, and then clarify and troubleshoot or whatever it is. So I want you to look at something you've been afraid to do or worried, because worried is basically disguise as fear as well. Whether you're worried or afraid to take it, something, just look, whatever it is, whatever it is, and challenge it. Is it true? And then take the next step, take that next action, literally. Like if I, and I'm really going because this is premium content, I can definitely be a little bit intimate. I started my business in 2023 just literally because I was on a walk. I was a speech therapist for 20 years, working for others. And I'm like, why don't I start my own? And I was every single big thing I took, I was afraid, but I took it. Every single, every single contract, every single client, because I was doing it for me, I was doing it for my own business. It it was it was scary. It was not, oh my goodness, yeah, oh yes, even though I'm courageous and I'm confident and you name it, but I still felt the fear. And my business would not have grown to what it's grown. I would not have met the people I met if I still told myself that very first contract, oh my goodness, I'm so afraid to take it. Well, and it took me a couple months thinking about it until I was like, you know what? It is what it is. Learn from it. And if it's something I don't like, I won't do it again. And if it's something I like, then bring it on. And that is what I want you to do. Whatever area in your life, see where fear, that false evidence appearing real, stopping you, and choose the next action because clarity only comes from action. I know I keep repeating myself, but just like that conditioning that you are used to was repeated, and that's why it became part of your beliefs, part of your values, part of who you are, you want to repeat all clarity comes from action. I move and the world follows. And then guess what? If something that you chose and the set that you took didn't work out for you, don't take it again.
