Hello, Denise here. I have been posting a lot of videos on TikTok regarding my speech business. I get questions, and I do notice that a lot of people, and me included, I was like that, and I still am in some areas. We get so stuck in the thinking of it. Let's weigh the pros and cons. And I'm not saying not to do that, do it, but don't get paralyzed by it. So we just get too caught up in the thinking, the thinking, the thinking, and we keep thinking, and then we don't get to do or we forget to do the thing that we're thinking about. So I like to call them right now moments of awareness because what how Kira and I are approaching things is switching or shifting that one percent. So wherever you are, you know, moving forward or getting better or a better feeling for 1% shift, because 1% is doable, is more doable than 80% or 100%. So that's why I like to call them moments of awareness because a lot of the times we are unaware of our pattern. Your moment of awareness right now is to look at where you are stuck in the thinking. Maybe in any area of your life, you've been wanting to do something, and you notice yourself, wait a minute, I've been thinking about it for a month or two months, and start bringing that into awareness. Change doesn't happen overnight. Change does not happen by thinking about it. Change happens when you bring awareness to the moment. So start bringing light to those areas. Think of something that you've been thinking about doing, thinking about saying, thinking about leaving, thinking about not doing anymore, and bring that into awareness. And maybe say, like, wait a minute, it's been a few months. So really hope that you guys are enjoying the premium content. We love recording them.
