Episode 106: Stop Collecting Supplements Like Pokémon
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
Your body isn’t “breaking” in midlife. It’s asking for a new strategy. In today's episode, Kira is joined by Kelly Lupshaw for a grounded conversation on how women can stop chasing symptoms and start rebuilding the systems that drive real energy, calm, and longevity.
We dig into what “systems over symptoms” actually looks like in everyday life: why swapping a pharmaceutical for a natural supplement can still keep you stuck, and why ownership is the missing piece for so many health journeys. Kelly shares how her background in physical therapy and brain based rehab shaped her approach to mindset and behavior change, including how your nighttime self-talk and first moments in the morning can reinforce old patterns or create a new identity.
We also connect health and wealth in a way that feels practical, not woo. When your nervous system is fried and your metabolism is struggling, it’s harder to think clearly, show up consistently, or build the life you want. That’s why we keep coming back to foundations for midlife women navigating perimenopause and menopause: comprehensive blood work, inflammation support, metabolic health, strength training, and sleep that actually restores you. The big takeaway is permission with a plan: rest and play are not laziness, they’re part of a real recovery program.

Meet Kelly And Her Background
SPEAKER_01Hey guys, welcome back to another episode of Heal Yourself Podcast. And today I am joined by special guest Kelly Lupshaw, who is the founder of Wellness Activated. She's the host of Thriving in Midlife Podcast. So I know many of you are going to want to listen to that. And creative creator of the Activation First methodology. And Kelly, welcome. But I'm going to let you introduce yourself a little more and tell people about your background.
SPEAKER_03Absolutely. Well, first and foremost, thank you so much for having me on. It's always uh so gracious when I'm in other people's audience because I know like how special that is, right? So thank you from the bottom of my heart. And you know, yeah, I everything wellness is really my jam. And I started my career as a physical therapist. I specialize in helping people that had recovered from pretty severe illnesses and injuries of a traumatic brain injury, concussion, stroke, brain cancer. So it was a heavy job, but super rewarding because I was really helping people reclaim their life back, which is so hard. Along the way, my the loss of my father early on kind of spurred me to start thinking differently about health and wellness and how can I help people before they get sick versus after they get sick.
SPEAKER_01Yep.
SPEAKER_03And that really led, you know, once you kind of peek the curtain open and start researching, you can never go back. And that's really what happened to me. And I fell in love with being able to, you know, teach women specifically how to empower them to take control of their body, that our genes aren't our destiny. Um, we really can create this life we want, how powerful the mind is. And so now it's just super fun running my podcast, running some programs for women. Really, you know, life shouldn't be so challenging and difficult. And we shouldn't have to take 30 supplements or make the checklist that I like did 30 things for my wellness routine. It should be easy and flow, and most of all, it should be fun.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, agree with that. Agree with that. And I think most of us in this integrative, functional, holistic, whatever we want to call it, that space have had that, right? Like I started in holistic nutrition, and then when my husband's health declined, I was like, wait a minute, we're just looking at symptoms, but like what led to this? And that's the problem. And you're right, we can't go back. Like as soon as you start to see that, it's like you can't unsee it.
Systems Over Symptoms And Ownership
SPEAKER_03Exactly. And you know, a lot of what I talk about is it's systems over symptoms. Everybody is like, I have this, I have that. And so even if you're going the natural route, people end up instead of taking a pharmaceutical for an ill, they're just taking something else for the ill. But I'm like, wait, you're still not fixing either your environment or your mindset or your movement or whatever it may be. Let's get, let's get to the systems of the body and why you're experiencing this in the first place.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, I love that. And I know our listeners are gonna be like, uh, Kira says that all the time, but it's true. It's like I started out in that space too of oh, well, this supplement works great for this, and this one looks, you know, because I learned all of it. And then I'm like, well, wait a minute, that is not any different. Like, sure, it's more natural, but it still doesn't fix the root of the problem. So 100%.
SPEAKER_03Well, oh but I and I will say, in all of that, right? The interesting thing that I have found, or the most challenging thing, is when people substitute whether it's a pharmaceutical for natural, they're still looking externally. And the hardest thing is for people to take their own ownership that they're in charge of their health. They want to give the power of their health away. And until you take ownership of your health, nothing's gonna really change.
SPEAKER_01Agree completely. And that's, I mean, Denise and I we're always talking about that. Um, but that's the hard part is the looking inside and doing that work. It's so much easier to say, hey, can you give me a band-aid for this? Because I don't want to look at it.
How Health Connects To Wealth
SPEAKER_01Well, okay, so you run these programs, but you've also mentioned wealth. So talk to me about that. Like, how on earth does health tie into wealth or vice versa?
SPEAKER_03Oh, yes. Okay, so if you really look at wealth and what does wealth mean, most people immediately go to dollar signs, right? They think finances and money. But really, wealth is well-being and happiness. And in that, right, one is this well-being, which is all of us, right? And this what makes us happy. This is gonna bring in the income, the currency, the finances that are gonna flow with all of this. That I, when I've done the work myself, like doors open unexpectedly, right? And it's really not unexpectedly, it's because you're putting yourself out there in very different ways, but really helping people that I mean, it's not unknown today that so many people really are looking for avenues financially to help themselves. And so we have to say, well, women overall tend to be less financial literate in making money, building businesses and finance, and how everything works, and you know, being able to have multiple streams of income come in. But all that has to do with our well-being overall, because I can't build any of that if I'm not, you know, sound in my mind and body and spirit as well.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, that makes so much sense. Um, and we did have someone on who talked about wealth a little bit too, and I want to say she tied it in with health as well. And now I'm like, huh, I'm gonna have to go back to that episode and see what she said. Um, but it is everything, it's like we look at the body and you know, tell people your gut issues are tied to your anxiety, which are tied to your joint pain, which is tied to your fatigue. It's the same thing. Like, look at the body holistically. Wealth, money, finances tied into health and tied into, you know, XYZ.
SPEAKER_03And it also kind of ties back to your mindset and your old stories and how you were raised and what other trauma or triggers that associated with. And we really have to clear all that. We do have to do the work because it is absolutely so powerful. Um, and I see people making those same mistakes on repeat over and over and over again. And whether it's money choices, it's maybe relationship choices, whether it's I mean, right? We're we're creatures of habit and our body's gonna go back and repeat exactly what we've done because this is what we know and this is what's comfortable. And stepping out of that comfort zone is it's not just a saying, yeah, it's it's the body wants to feel safe. Yeah, and that's anything new, yeah, is like, wait, what's happening? What's happening? I'm not sure about this retreat.
SPEAKER_01Yeah.
Mindset Starts At Night And Morning
SPEAKER_01How do you talk to your clients and your uh the women that you work with about mindset? Because it's such a loose term, you know. People hear mindset, and it's like, oh, do I just say positive affirmations? Do I write stuff on my mirror? Like, what is mindset?
SPEAKER_03What is mindset? That's a great question because honestly, it does get thrown around so much that people tend to just brush it off, really. And so they're like, oh, what is my practice?
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_03So it's um, it could be many things, but really when we're sorting in a lot of our programs, the the brain is so fascinating. And because I was doing with, you know, stroke, traumatic brain injury, like neuro and brain was my whole jam for 30 years. And as we're sleeping at night, that's when we do so much of the work of our brain, of cleaning things out, of storing memories and beliefs. And so it really starts the mindset, it starts with when you're going to bed. What have you told yourself? And if you're like, oh, I didn't get this done today, oh, I didn't work out, oh, like we're always beating ourselves up, and that's the last thing we're storing in our mind over and over again, versus I was so grateful. Wow, you know what? My day really I didn't get anything done I thought, but I had beautiful breath and I had a great conversation and I got to help a neighbor, and what a great day, right? We have to find it could be small, big, anything in between the grateful, the life, the fun, right? Like I had so much fun today, like making my dinner or whatever that may be. And so, with that of creating the positive mindset going to bed, and then really once you wake in the morning, our brain has like five to seven seconds before it wants to default to the default network of what we know. And then it's like, like, how did I get here today? Well, I never even allowed myself the first thing of the day of how do I want your day? How do I want my day? You get to choose. How do I want to feel? How do I want to show up? How do I ever want people to perceive me? What do I want to be grateful for today? What like, how do I want to have my day? And who is the identity of that person? I'm a person that's healthy, I'm a person that's happy. Like, create that identity because then your thoughts and feelings will go back to that identity. And that's the biggest thing is you gotta pitch who, like in 10 years from now, 20 years from now, one day at your funeral, what are people gonna remember you for, think of you for, talk about? And you wanna like then we gotta have that identity today.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_03I think about where my kids are, and one day when they have families and my grandkids, and what do I want to be capable of? How do I want them to know me? Then I need to be that today.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_03So that's really this bigger picture of mindset. Yes, you can journal, yes, you can meditate, yes, like those are all good, and I do bits of all of that, but it's really embodying this identity and positive affirmation of speaking to who you want to be and being able to live that.
SPEAKER_01Yeah. And I think so many don't do that, and it's not because they just refuse to do it. I think we stop thinking about that. Like, I look at kids, right? I look at my own son and I'm like, he's making an absolute mess, and he's doing this and he's doing that. But I'm like, but he has had a day full of purpose, of joy, and we get to this stage of, you know, adulting, we'll call it that, where it's like, I have to go to work, I have to cook, I have to clean, I have to do laundry. But who says that's the way it's supposed to be? By all means, get your tasks done. But I would so much rather go to bed and be like, I didn't do any laundry today. There are dishes in the sink, but I danced my heart out in the living room with my kid.
SPEAKER_03That's it. And I think if we watched them, this was interesting for me because I was when the kids were little, they're much a working mom, dropping them off, you know, in my clinic. And I had some regret over that a little bit, like, oh, I feel like I kind of missed out. And my kids say, Mom, you're the biggest role model because you were there for us. We were, we love that you worked and that you help people and that you lived a life of cooking us healthy food and showing us that working out is fun. And like, we've learned so much from your role modeling. And so I think we have to look at that, right? Is what this role model we're creating, and then it starts to get even more fun. Like, what can I do even better? What could I do even more? If I feel good now, what's even a whole nother level? Um, but we have to be thinking that direction. And like you said, throughout the day, we can kind of just go on autopilot. So, one of the mentors I love, Brendan Burchard, if any of you guys follow him at all. But every time like he walks through a doorway, or every time he changes tasks, like um, you know, maybe he's going home and now he's gonna see his wife or something that he purposely says, okay, whatever happened in my brain was doing is done. And that's a fresh new start, because the new person on Zoom or my wife or whatever, and I now need to like not let any of that bother me. And whatever I didn't show up, now I'm ready to show up. So if you can almost have that little trigger in your day of how maybe things didn't go right, and but like, what's your trigger to reset? Because the reset doesn't need to be tomorrow morning, doesn't need to be next month, it can be at any time. So, what's your trigger to reset?
SPEAKER_01And it's so funny because I think of diets with that, right? Like people are like, the New Year's, I'm gonna reset on the new year's. I'm like, why are you eating? We're waiting eight months or you know, six months, two months, like even a week. Why reset right now?
SPEAKER_03Yeah, exactly.
SPEAKER_01Yeah. Um,
Why Midlife Hits Women So Hard
SPEAKER_01I'm curious because you know, everyone has a niche, but how did you end up with midlife women? Like, what about that inspires you? Why are you pulled to midlife women? Is that because you're a female or is there something more?
SPEAKER_03Yeah, no, you know what? That's such a great question. Um, so I I tell my audience all the time, I'll be 54 soon, right? Never shy of my age. And so when I was in my very early 40s, like hitting 40 and looking at my life, I was like, oh God, like, is this really life? Because it was the groundhog's day, it was sleeping, I was traveling, teaching a lot all over. It was my in-laws were moving in with us. It was chaotic. But I knew that if I just continued that path, looking at my genes, looking at my father's health history, just looking at what my family was doing, I really had a hard look and said, Do I want to just have my health be left a chance? And it was in that early 40s I also started seeing a lot of friends like autoimmune, cancer. I'm like, what is happening? And I was like, I'm gonna be the next statistic if I don't do something different. So that was like a little light bulb moment for me. And then I really took from my 40s into my 50s, and I'm like, wow, if I can do that, and this is easier than we think. And again, the whole woman in health and gaslighting and all the changes going on right now, it's amazing, but I want to be able to support that woman. And you know, everybody doesn't love the word midlife, but honestly, it's like, what is it the perimenopause woman? Is it the menopause woman? How what age is that? Is that 40? Is it 65? I don't know. It's somewhere in there, right? Yeah, so midlife is kind of maybe you're finally not loving how you look or feel and knowing you've got a whole nother half of your life or more ahead of you. So then let's make a plan.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_03All right, let's let's get back and help a plan because we it it's not as hard as we think, but we let it be in our head.
SPEAKER_01Yeah. And it's interesting because I remember reading statistics, you know, even with functional medicine, and it is the 40-year-old woman, you know, 40s, that seeks out functional medicine because they are the ones with the most health challenges, shifting hormones. But I will also say I absolutely relate to that. Family challenges. Like you get to the age where my husband and I were having this conversation of like, oh my gosh, we're in our 40s, but it's like we see our parents declining, our kids are growing up, like everything seems to be compounded at this age because you're a caretaker in two different ways now. And I think that takes a toll. And then if you're working and doing all these other things, but the problem is so many women just keep trekking forward rather than saying, I'm gonna stop for a moment and see, like, what do I want the next 10 years to look like? Because I refuse to go down that path.
SPEAKER_03Mm-hmm. No, I mean, and I think they think they are doing the right things. Yeah. Because they're trying to eat better and they're trying to do the workout, but they don't realize that by burning the candle at both ends, it's like, no, adrenal fatigue is about to hit, and you know, they just don't know what you don't know till kind of like maybe they finally like, you know, the Mac truck hits them over, and then they're like, okay, I've got to finally listen. Um, and I think some of the biggest movers is stillness and presence of like, and like we said, we sometimes I remember my sister-in-law telling my brother, Kelly's not fun. And my brother's like, No, she is, but I realized she only saw me in situations managing children, doing the things, taking like that doesn't look fun.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_03So then I was like, wow, that's interesting. So having more presence, really being there with our children, um, or anybody for that matter, right? Like, that's in our life. Um, I used to, again, I was very proud of the you know, badge of busyness.
SPEAKER_01Yep. Oh, yeah. I've had that badge too. I've worked on giving it up.
SPEAKER_03I've I've had to put that down, and I thought that was like cool that I could do that all, and I was so busy. And now I realized, oh my gosh, like I don't know. But I do think all of us women in this group, and kind of why this woman pulled this group of women you asked, why this is like the people I want to help, is in our day and age, we saw our parents potentially be able to be nurses, secretaries, teachers, and we all came along and the the world opened up and we could now do anything and be anything. But all of a sudden it was like, oh, you can be a doctor, be an attorney, be anything that you want to be, but you also have to still be the mom and run your household, and you still have to take care of aging parents, and you still have to volunteer and and and. And it was like, of course, we've all run out of juice. Yeah, and of course that's why we're seeing all of our friends have all these issues. Like, we were we're not designed to superhumans. No, we have seasons, we need to pause, we need to, I mean, the best thing that we can do is nurture ourselves so that we can be there. But I didn't, I didn't, I thought that was um selfish.
SPEAKER_01No, I'm with you. Or lazy. Yeah, right. And I also think like it's being talked about more in the health space, but like doctors don't uh what is it, like two percent have any training in menopause? Like they don't know what to tell women. No one like no one told me, hey, by the way, when you hit perimenopause, your thyroid is gonna take a hit, adrenals and cortisol levels go wonky, blood sugars funky, your microbiome shifts. Like clinically, that is what happens. Like those things start to shift, but no one tells us.
SPEAKER_03Say you go out to dinner or we're meeting your friends for coffee, everybody ends up just chatting negatively, oh me too, oh me too, oh me too, versus hey you guys, like let's try to help each other figure this out.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_03Because it just isn't the conversation at hand, which it should be. And I think a lot of our podcasts are helping bring these conversations aside.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, agreed. And Denise and I talk about thoughts create things that becomes reality if we're constantly thinking of this and only speaking about the negative, we're just bringing more on. Like, what's the solution? Not oh, this sucks.
SPEAKER_03Yes, yes, yes, yes. I love that, right? I'm a big Dr. Joe Dispenza fan. So if you said that, right? I'm like, oh love Joe Dispenza.
SPEAKER_01Yeah. Um, so how do you help women? Like you you talked about this concept of wealth being part of health, and however you said it was much better than me. But how do you help them bring that into their lives? You know, because women are always seeking like, is it a supplement? Do I just need to eat better? Do I just need to get better sleep? And we know it's not just one thing, but I'd love to hear from you what you
The 12 Week Foundation Based Plan
SPEAKER_01do.
SPEAKER_03Absolutely. You know, we have had, when I say we, myself and uh my business partner, Dr. Heidi Aratzabal, she's an ND as well. Um, we've had a membership, and in that we bring them, you know, topics and they get to have question and answer and literally like guidance and hand holding of everything. But what we've realized is most midlife women or women in their 40s are still, there's still enough going on in life. They're not looking for a membership. But like, what do I need that for? So it's really helping them through a 12-week program, basically, right? Like three months of let's just get back to basics. Let's look at your extensive blood work. Everybody wants to jump into hormones or they want to jump to something fancy like peptides or like something's gonna fix me. Let's take a look at your comprehensive blood work. Let's really do a breakdown of your lifestyle and see where we can make small changes in your lifestyle that are gonna be the biggest movers into changing this blood work. Because the blood work is this trajectory, right? And so starting with that and getting them to understand that one, we can't jump to all this shiny stuff if cellularly we're on fire, right? We're full of inflammation, your gut, your mitochondria is crappy, your everything. Like, we've got to make sure we turn on the right genes to be. Working and in tune at this level of ourselves. Now we can move forward. And so now let's talk about like the metabolic system, right? And muscle is currency. And so, how do you implement that in your life to not make it scary? Because some women are like, I've never lifted weights in my life, or I don't want to go to the gym. Or I mean, they're all, it's all real, right? And they're barriers and people create fear around it all. Um, and so walking them through, like, let's just make a small, easy routine, like one thing. And that leads into sleep because sleep is the regeneration, rest, and restoration. No, everyone just takes sleep for granted. So I just say we need to sleep like a boss, right? Um, so through some of these different areas, we walk them through. And then after you implement, like you've got to reassess and tell them, don't go join 10 more gyms or five more Pilates classes. None of that's gonna do the work. You've got to be empowered. You are the CEO of your health, of your life. You are in control. If you were running a Fortune 500 company, um, the the balance sheet wouldn't look so good on your, on your, you know, if you check a look at your body, right? So we have to like, oh my gosh, what? You've got one of these. We have to nurture it and take care of it. But a lot of that, as we started, you and I, even before we went on today, is comes down to the mindset of, but I need to do more, but I can't, but my family history, I'm always gonna have chronic headaches, I'm always gonna be 20 pounds overweight. Like these stories, we've really got to get a handle on. And so that's part of the program of honestly, just like we pay a lot of money for all our kids to have coaches and tutors and everything, we need one too. Yeah, and that's what we are, right? You we're your guide, we're your friend. But in that is we're we're not just here to tell you fluff. It's no no no, like, like I'm gonna hold you to the fire. And then after that, you can have support if you want, and but if you're not gonna hold your own self accountable, we can't either.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_03So this is really a two-way street. Um, and I think once we give people some wins in three months, they're like, oh gosh, you know what? Resting in front of the fireplace with a cup of tea was like so delightful. And I've never done it. Like they they get they feel like all creepy out of their skin, they can't even sit still because they haven't done it.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_03So it's like giving them permission and talking about those small wins because we talk about everything we didn't get done and we bash ourselves a lot. And so learning how to talk nice to ourselves, learning to support ourselves in all of those small wins that really make up us who we are, right?
SPEAKER_01Yeah.
SPEAKER_03And and and this whole thing about fun.
SPEAKER_01And you, I mean, honestly, just recapping everything you said, I heard foundations because that's the thing. I I mean, someone came, someone was coming to me today, and we're talking about her diagnosis of SIBO. And I tried this and I tried that, and every time I try to kill it off, and I'm like, but let's go back to those foundations. How's your nervous system? How's your environment? What have you been eating? What have you been feeding yourself in terms of thoughts? And so that's kind of what I heard you say. And I think it's it always boils down to foundations, but we're always looking at, no, no, no, what's the next best supplement? What peptide can I try? What, you know, what other external thing versus let me reflect on everything else.
SPEAKER_03Yeah. And what's super great about this is when we can have these conversations in different ways with different people over and over and over again, that's what we all need to hear. We can't hear it once and go, oh, I got it. I need to sleep like this. And like we don't get that. So it may be repeated, it may be just different words people are hearing. But I think finally women need the permission to slow down.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_03And ladies, we're literally giving you permission. Think about what you're thinking and slowing down your mind and your body because you can feel fabulous, but that is up to you to create what is that condition to allow my body to feel fabulous again.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, agree. You got the permission, guys. You you hear that? So most of our listeners are midlife women, and that's the thing. We don't know how to slow down because we witnessed it from our moms and so many other things.
unknownYeah.
SPEAKER_03So many other things. Yeah. So, I mean, I hope people just are hearing this and they're saying, okay, what can I do? One thing to change, right? And most of the time it's we just don't have any quiet time or downtime. If you look at our calendar and our schedule, we'll say, Oh, but I'm so busy. But you have like the the rest, restoration and rest is almost more important. You talk to elite athletes, their recovery program is more critical than their training program. Yep. But we don't treat ourselves that way.
SPEAKER_01No, because then we view it as lazy or unproductive, or you know, the stories creep back in. But I I think, and this is one thing I've told my clients is rest and play and fun go on your schedule. Like those are top priorities. Otherwise, they're not gonna get done.
SPEAKER_03Or they're not gonna get done. That's it.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, that's it.
SPEAKER_03And whether you have to write yourself notes wherever you are, like, am I having fun today? And I take my breath, like you have to ask yourself. Yeah. And it's like, oh my god, that's so silly, but okay.
SPEAKER_01But it's needed, that's part of the reprogramming because if we're so used to go, go, go, of course we're not gonna stop to do that. So yeah.
SPEAKER_03Yep. Have I put music on while I'm doing the dishes today so I can dance my heart out while doing right? Like we again, it's it's easy and it's hard, right? Because it's easy to do and it's easy not to do.
SPEAKER_01Agreed. Agreed. Um,
Permission To Rest And Final Takeaways
SPEAKER_01is there anything we did not touch on that you feel like listeners need to hear?
SPEAKER_03Um, you know, the the one thing I guess I'll just say is in the longevity anti-aging or genitive medicine, all that space, it is really fun to see where science is coming, what's happening, what's possible. It's really fun and it's exciting. And I'm glad science is going there and it is helpful. And if you'll just walk away from today saying, before, before I jump to all of that, can I give myself permission to rest and restore? And if and again, if you don't have anything on your calendar, on the books, if you don't have a bedtime routine, if you don't have a few things that nurture you, that you just go for a nature walk, right? If if you don't, if all this sounds strange to you and like a whole nother language to you, which it did to me, right? I was like, who has time for that? I mean, my husband loves golfing, and I'm like, who has time to golf? Like, oh, do you know how productive I can be in that four or five hours? Like, oh my gosh. And now the fact that I can go golf and I can golf with my kids and I can golf with my mom and I can golf with friends and be in nature, like, it's the most amazing thing ever. I'm like, what was I running to do? Why was I so wound up that I had to do more? Um, and a lot of it is just it's retraining and conditioning. But ladies, this is your time because if you don't, here's the real bottom line, right? Is if you don't, you will end up with this level of dis-ease, waking up one day to some sort of disease. Right. And once you're sick, regaining your health, the energy, the time, the money, the strain, the overwhelm, you just don't want there.
SPEAKER_01No, because it's an uphill battle at that point.
unknownYeah.
SPEAKER_01It's much easier to get ahead and say, I'm gonna do this now to prevent XYZ.
SPEAKER_03Exactly. So I hope it's helpful.
SPEAKER_01Oh, yeah. Yeah. Where can people find you if they're looking for you?
SPEAKER_03Yeah, the easiest place. My name is a little bit unique with the Kelly of an IE, my last name Lupsa. So Instagram is really easy at KellyLupsha or my website, which is KellyLupsha.com. Um, you can find me on the other social platforms as well, but really I would just say stick to one of those. Awesome.
SPEAKER_01Well, thank you for coming on. This is a great conversation. It's good, good reminders for me, even, right? Like Denise and I always joke, we're like, whenever we bring on a guest, we get something else. It's like therapy for us because we need to hear it too.
SPEAKER_03Always, always. Well, you guys, your your health is your biggest asset. It is truly a gift, and give that gift to yourself.
SPEAKER_01Amen to that. Awesome. Well, thank you. All right, guys, we will see you on the next episode.
