Jeff Hastings, President and CEO of Ivy Consulting Group, is a researcher, author, and consultant with a master’s in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Harvard. Since founding Ivy in 2022, he has helped organizations improve leadership, performance, and culture. Jeff also teaches Dual-Credit Psychology at Lone Star College, empowering disadvantaged youth through education. A published researcher and frequent speaker, he focuses on ethical AI use, workforce development, and leadership. Passionate about advocacy, he works to combat human trafficking and support at-risk youth. His upcoming book, coauthored with his son, helps students prepare for academic and career success.
