Kay Manby is a celebrant, mother, grandmother, and a teacher of Qigong, yoga and meditation. Based in North Yorkshire, she brings a gentle wisdom to everything she does, creating calm spaces for people to pause, reflect and reconnect with themselves.


Through her podcast, teaching, and collaborative retreats, Kay weaves together embodied practice, personal reflection and soulful storytelling. Whether guiding a meditation, leading a ceremony, or holding space for honest conversation, she meets people with compassion, clarity and quiet strength.

Her experience as a mother to Archie, who lives with Dravet Syndrome, has shaped her both personally and professionally. Jules Cooper

Jules Cooper is a yoga teacher, gong therapist, Akashic Records reader and retreat facilitator whose work is rooted in love, transformation and deep spiritual connection. Her path began in the world of football and family life, but after the tragic loss of her son Finn, Jules found herself called to a new way of being.


From grief came growth. Through yoga, sound healing and energy work, Jules rebuilt her life from the inside out. Today, she supports others on their own healing journeys, offering spaces where people can rest, release and remember who they truly are.


Whether leading a gong bath, holding a retreat in nature, or channelling intuitive guidance, Jules brings authenticity, tenderness and quiet strength to all she offers.
