Jon Augustine

Jon Augustine is a speaker, thought-leader, creator,  musician and executive coach. He holds a degree in music from UCLA and is a member of the most honorable Phi Beta Sigma fraternity, incorporated. A proud father of three grown children, Jon lives in Los Angeles where he can be found in the ocean or on stages telling stories and hosting events that amplify traditionally under-represented voices. He passionately pursues innovative ways to change minds about diversity and racism in America.  Using music, Jon speaks on the critical importance of listening, and how harmony is our only way to adapt and endure. His  journey in becoming the Equalizer is ongoing as he stumbles with good intentions towards becoming a better ally, asking questions that sometimes betray his privileged entrenchment, all the while finding a way to laugh at the absurdity of it all.

Lybroan James

Lybroan is the reason they cut affirmative action and want to dismantle DEI. He earned a math degree from UCLA, holds a Master’s in education from Harvard, and reps Phi Beta Sigma fraternity with pride. Known nationally as Mathman, he’s a futurist from the hood—using math, equity, and a little bit of AI magic to help students and teachers see life in 360 degrees. He’s part educator and part motivator—with a pencil in one hand and equity in the other, he delivers national keynotes on all things math, equity and the future. He’s on a mission to open hearts and liberate minds.

Reynaldo Macías

Reynaldo Antonio Macías teaches history, politics, citizenship, technology, and public speaking in Southern California. Beyond being a husband of one and a father of two, he writes political analysis and commentary focusing on the opposition of tyranny and the recovery of the United States from the scourge of white supremacy. He continues to read, write, think, and speak on the congruence and conflicts inherent in the struggle of the American people to reconcile the ideals expressed in the founding documents with their obviously incomplete and fallacious application in the modern age. Reynaldo Antonio is a graduate of UCLA and Brown, and has been an educator, published author, photographer, and equity advocate for the last thirty-plus years.
