In this episode we discuss the importance of creating, fostering, and maintaining support systems even in the midst of domestic violence. We also discuss ways in which someone may be able to maintain their support systems while dealing with the isolation that often times accompanies abuse. The end we give a few resources that are available to those in need of help.
