We're Alex & Pete, Thanks for checking out our new project - FITNESS IN 15! Everyday we work with people from varied backgrounds... from professional athletes to the newest every day gym goer. Regardless of their background they all share the same underpinning physical characteristics and they all ask the same questions. We started Fitness In 15 to give our perspectives on how you can upgrade your health, performance and happiness in easy to listen to, bitesize episodes that you can listen to on your morning walk, commute in to work or wandering around the supermarket.
