Dawne Schoep believes the body is always communicating — through emotions, physical sensations, and quiet whispers — long before it speaks through pain or burnout. As a Board Certified Health Coach and Personal Trainer, she helps people reconnect with their body’s innate intelligence rather than forcing change or fighting symptoms. She works with individuals experiencing stress and chronic pain, helping them quiet the noise and listen to what their body is trying to communicate.

Her coaching focuses on compassionate self-care, sustainable stress reduction, and learning to interpret and respond to the body’s unique language. Through gentle movement and mindful coaching, she helps clients decode physical sensations and emotional signals while supporting mental, physical, and emotional well-being. She is passionate about helping others move away from restriction and pain toward a body that feels supportive, resilient, and at peace.
