Host, Osha Rose is passionate about bringing people together.  A sacred movement artist, yoga & meditation guide and author, Osha has over 15 years of experience supporting people’s embodied wisdom through breath, movement, and sound. She blends her deep training in yoga and meditation with dance and song as medicine, inviting participants into the rhythmic intelligence of the body and nervous system. Osha enjoys creating musical film-dance productions that explore healing, presence, and the relationship between sound and somatic awareness.  Her writing includes Yoga for Relaxation, and she is also the creator of The Moksha Mindset™ framework, weaving neuroscience, intuition, and creative expression into teachings that awaken clarity, inner freedom, and authentic connection.
