The High Performance Hoops Podcast gives you a one-stop- shop on all things training, sports performance, and nutrition for athletes and aspiring coaches. Julian Lo Casto is a graduate of Caldwell University, former player, and basketball enthusiast. Julian is the Head of Performance and Nutrition at Challenger Strength, located in Northern New Jersey, working with a wide variety of athletes of all sports. This podcast will take on any and all topics in training, sports performance, nutrition, and improving your on-court skill and physical abilities. Julian will take the time to welcome the perspective of some of the best training, nutrition, and basketball minds in the industry.
